| In recent years,China’s economy presents a “new normal”.The coal industry has also entered a development stage with four coexisting periods of “growth slowdown period,excess capacity and inventory digestion period,environmental control enhancement period and Mode change and structure adjustment critical period”.Coal companies are trying to adapt to this trend.In the process of transformation and development,the staff training has played a key role for staff development,which provides a strong talent and intellectual support for the development of enterprises at utmost.This paper takes the staff training system of Yuzhou Minig Company staff training system as the research object.On the basis of summing up many years of training experience and accessing to a large number of detailed literature and interviews with relevant staff,This paper combines with the current economic situation facing the company and takes corporate strategy as basis.A systematic and suitable employee training system is reconstructed through the implementation of a series of improvement measures,which promotes the purpose of building up a scientific and standardized staff training system.First of all,the theory of staff training system is introduced in this paper.the concept of employee training system and the specific contents are illustrated.Three typical domestic and international staff training system models including the systematic training model,organizational training system model and the enterprise staff training system model are summed up.Secondly,this paper summarizes the basic situation,organizational structure,strategic positioning,human resources and so on.The SWOT analysis method is used for key analysis.Based on the questionnaire and interview,this paper makes a research on the current situation of Yuzhou Minig Company staff training system.The main problems existing in the training system are found out and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Then,in the process of employee training system improvement,this paper combines with current physical truth of Yuzhou Minig Company and bases on the current corporate strategy and development orientation.All kinds of training resources are planned and integrated.More advanced theories and methods are used.According to the target,principle,train of thought and model,this paper focuses on the analysis of training demand,the training plan,the training process management,the training effect evaluation and the training operation guarantee to make improvement project.Finally,targeted operation guarantee measures are proposed fundamentally.These measures are able to ensure the implement of improvement of employee training system,make every link of the training system operate and coordinate efficiently,so as to further improve the quality and effect of training. |
