Corporate culture training has a very important supporting role for the company's growth and development.The advancement of science and technology has promoted the rapid development of society.Global economic integration and frequent trade disputes between countries have made the survival environment of enterprises worse and the competition has become increasingly fierce.Only by carrying out strategic transformation and innovation can an enterprise survive.The transformation of corporate culture is the top priority of corporate strategic transformation.Under the background of national military-civilian integration strategy,enterprises in the field of new materials are facing increasingly fierce competition.The competition among enterprises is the competition of talents,the competition of science and technology strengths,and in the long run,it is the confrontation between corporate cultures.At present,the corporate culture of many small and medium-sized new materials companies only stays on paper and is not used in business management.In order to make small and medium-sized new materials companies play an active role in the company's operation and management,it is imperative to establish a corporate culture training system.Taking the construction and optimization of enterprise culture training system of Y New Material Company as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the methods and contents of the construction and optimization of enterprise culture training system.Y new material company is relying on the training system of enterprises,and has a preliminary rudiment.Based on the theory of corporate culture and corporate culture training,this paper analyzes and evaluates the status quo of corporate culture training in Y New Material Company by using Coriolis four-layer training effect evaluation method,systematically analyzes the problems existing in the corporate culture training system of Y New Material Company,and tries to optimize and establish a perfect corporate culture training system.Try to build and optimize the train of thought and method of corporate culture to solve the problems encountered in the development and cultural change of Y New Material Company.This research result can be used for reference by the same type of civil military integration enterprises.
