Study On The Coupling Relationship Between Urbanization And Ecological Security In Urumqi County

At the beginning of the reform and opening up and the rise of the national tourism industry,Urumqi County conforms to the trend of national development and develops tourism in 1980 s.The rapid rise of tourism brings some benefits to the urbanization development of Urumqi county.It also puts forward higher requirements for the ecological security of Urumqi County,promotes the healthy and friendly development of urbanization and ecological security,and achieves the greatest benefit.It is the most important thing at present.Based on this,this paper studies the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological safety in Urumqi county and its influencing factors.Based on the arrangement and analysis of spatial data and social statistics data,this paper studies the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological security in Urumqi County by the methods of multi index comprehensive evaluation,coupling model,PSR model,principal component analysis and Pearson correlation analysis.The main objectives are:(1)to evaluate the status and development of urbanization and ecological security in Urumqi County.(2)And to analyze the changes in the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological security.(3)And to determine the influence factors of the changes in the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological security in Urumqi County in the last 30 years.The main results are as follows:(1)From 1989 to 2015,the population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization and the development level of comprehensive urbanization in Urumqi county showed a fluctuating progressive state,which was divided into three stages because of the new adjustment of the administrative division.(2)From 1989 to 2015,the ecological safety index,the state ecological safety index and the ecological safety index of Urumqi county showed a growing trend,and the stress ecological safety index showed a downward trend.The degree of ecological safety and ecological safety level change the same trend,first rise and then decrease.(3)The coupling degree of urbanization in the population economic social urbanization is small,basically in the high coupling period of the three subsystems;the coupling coordination degree shows the change trend of the letter "N" type,from the overdevelopment zone to the Coordinated Development Zone,the coupling coordination type is transformed from the imbalanced decline to the intermediate coupling coordination,and the economy is from the economy.The lag of urbanization has lagged behind the development of social urbanization.(4)The coupling degree and coupling degree of pressure state response ecological security are on the rise.The large class of coupling coordination is transformed from over Development Zone to Coordinated Development Zone,and the type of coupling is transformed from reluctantly coupled coordination to final and coordination,and the development type is changed from the corresponding lag to the pressure lag.(5)From 1989 to 2015,the coupling degree of urbanization and ecological security in Urumqi county was in a high coupling period,and the coupling coordination degree showed a steady growth trend.The coupling coordination was transformed from over Development Zone to Coordinated Development Zone,and the coupling coordination type was transformed from reluctantly coupled coordination to intermediate coupling coordination,and the development type was not developed.There is a change in life.(6)According to the economic development,the living standard of farmers,the resources and environment,the quality of the population,the education level and other factors,the coupling and coordinated development of urbanization and ecological security in Urumqi county is put forward: to accelerate the economic development,to optimize the industrial structure,to improve the quality of the population,to improve the living standard of the people,to make rational use of natural resources and to ensure effective protection.Suggestions for protecting the ecological environment.According to the change of the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological security in Urumqi County,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological security,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.It has a certain theoretical and practical significance for rational evaluation of urbanization and ecological security in arid areas,and will provide reference for the latter government to formulate relevant policies.
