At present,in the new normal economy,the coal trade is becoming more and more competitive.A large number of small and medium-sized coal trading enterprises in China need to carry on the competitive strategy to gain competitive advantages and realize sustainable development.After reviewing the related theories of competitive strategy,and summarizing the domestic and foreign research situations,this paper takes H company as an example to analyze the external challenges and opportunities,and to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages in detail.This paper works out that:1.The H company should use cost leadership strategy and focus strategy to gain competitive advantages.2.The competitive strategy must match the internal resources and the environment.It hopes that,this study can help the same type of small and medium-sized coal trading enterprises to carry on practical competitive strategy,and gain more economic benefits. |
