Inner Mongolia shuoxing iron and steel trading co.,ltd.is a small private iron and steel trading enterprise with good assets.However,due to the family-owned operation and management mode,with the development of China's iron and steel industry becoming more and more mature and the impact of the current new epidemic,its trade business is facing great competitive pressure.In this article,through the in-depth study of these problems and analysis it is concluded that the cause of the problem,and then on the basis of this puts forward the targeted countermeasures and solutions used in the practical work for the development of the company,the company could break through the bottleneck of development period,out of the new champions league outbreak of the economic predicament,to return to work to resume operation,rehabilitation,and competition in the industry,with core competitiveness.Article using "PEST",general analysis,value chain and SWOT analysis method and means,such as in Inner Mongolia xing steel trade co.,LTD.,to recognize the main business of the macro environment,competition environment and internal conditions and the company development present situation as the fundamental basis,find out the current problems existing in the company,on the basis of clear strategic thinking for the development of the company,and puts forward the strategic measures for the future development of corporations.Through the above research,it is concluded that Inner Mongolia shuoxing iron and steel trading co.,LTD.'s differentiated competitive strategy is specifically reflected in the differentiation of services and channels.On the basis of inheriting the company's existing advantageous traditional mode,we will provide differentiated services to customers,strengthen shear processing and logistics distribution,and serve new customers on the basis of enhancing the stickiness of existing customers,so as to improve the company's core competitiveness and brand benefits.Make full use of the existing steel trade e-commerce platform in the region,make full use of existing policies and favorable conditions,expand business channels,and use scientific and technological innovation to get rid of the negative impact of the epidemic to the company,so that the company has a sustainable competitive advantage.
