In recent years,in order to cope with global warming and achieve sustainable development,low-carbon and green development has become a global consensus,and the transformation of the global energy structure has been accelerated.As one of the most important green energy sources,solar energy has continued to increase its total installed capacity of power generation,and the photovoltaic industry has maintained a rapid development trend.China currently has the vast majority of the global photovoltaic industry’s production capacity.After the second half of 2020,the photovoltaic industry has gradually entered the stage of "grid parity",the industry concentration continues to increase,the industry is orderly,and the market landscape is clear.Under the background of the continuous high prosperity of the photovoltaic industry,the photovoltaic film industry is in a period of rapid growth,showing a competitive landscape of one super enterprise and few major enterprises.As a photovoltaic film manufacturer,X Company provides key packaging materials for photovoltaic module manufacturers,and has developed rapidly in recent years,and its market share has continued to increase.At the same time,the photovoltaic film industry is fully competitive,new technologies,new products iterative upgrading speed is fast,the continuous expansion of production may lead to a crisis of overcapacity.In order to cope with the fierce market competition and maintain the company’s sustained and stable development,Company X urgently needs to formulate its own competitive strategy.Firstly,with the help of PEST and Porter’s Five Forces model,the paper qualitatively analyzes the external environment and competitive landscape,lists the external opportunities and threats faced by Company X,and quantitatively analyzes Company X’s ability to seize opportunities and resist risks with the help of EFE;Secondly,with the help of the IFE,the paper quantitatively analyzes the ability of Company X to play advantages and avoid disadvantages;Thirdly,on the basis of the strategic positioning of Company X and the SWOT,the paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Company X’s development in depth,and compares the applicability of competitive strategies.With the help of quantitative analysis of QSPM matrix,the pater gets the most suitable competitive strategy for Company X;Finally,the paper proposes the strategic implementation and safeguard measures of Company X.
