Shanxi International Logistics Co.,Ltd.is mainly responsible for the investment,construction and operation of the "west to East Coal Transportation" strategic channel: "Wari Railway" in Shanxi Province.By 2019,the company has built three collection and transportation stations,caijiaya,changzhinan and Wenshui,along the Wari railway,forming a collection and transportation service system integrating coal storage,transportation,loading and unloading,distribution and sales.As a coal logistics enterprise in Shanxi Province,the company should not only rely on logistics distribution to earn storage and shipping costs,but also rely on its own centralized transportation platform on the vari line to carry out coal sales business.Under the background of China's economic transformation and upgrading,the national coal demand has declined to a certain extent,and coal logistics enterprises are facing more fierce market competition,which also brings greater challenges to the trade work of coal logistics enterprises.Based on the specially established coal sales department of the company to carry out the coal trade work,as the coal trade link of the enterprise,we need to conduct the trade in In the process,to find the target customers,ensure the safety of funds,use intelligent logistics,actively transform and develop,and strive to maximize the lowest cost and income,we need to formulate appropriate competitive strategies to achieve sustainable competitiveness.In this paper,Shanxi International Logistics Co.,Ltd.coal trade business competition strategy as the research object,through literature research,comparative study,statistical analysis and other research methods to study the company's coal trade business,there are seven chapters in the structure,the first chapter is an introduction,introducing the research background and the current situation at home and abroad;the second chapter is the phase.The third chapter is the analysis of the external environment of the coal trade business of enterprises,using Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the competitive environment system;the fourth chapter is the analysis of the internal environment of the coal trade business of enterprises and the SWOT analysis of enterprises;the fifth chapter is the selection and implementation path of the competitive strategy of the coal trade business of enterprises;the sixth chapter is the enterprise.Chapter seven is conclusion and Prospect.Combined with the actual work,the author uses pest,Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise.At the same time,using the theory of competitive strategy,the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the competitive strategy of the coal trade business of Shanxi International Logistics Co.,Ltd.and selects a reasonable competitive strategy for the coal trade business of the enterprise: cost leading strategy.Finally,through Through the cost analysis of the coaltrade business,the paper puts forward the appropriate strategic implementation path,that is,the cost control of coal trade purchase and sale,the optimization of coal trade process,the cost control of coal trade logistics,the strategy of key customers,and the integration of advantageous resources.Through the cost leading strategy,efforts are made to reduce the cost of the enterprise,gain competitive advantage,better complete the sales work,and help the enterprise get faster development.It is also expected that through this study,it can bring beneficial thinking for other similar logistics enterprises.
