Research On The Cash Flow Management Of Magang Limited Company

Cash flow is a real resource for the enterprise.It is a reflect of the assets and development potential.Sufficient cash flow is a powerful support for enterprises to expand the scale and reproduction,it is a great significance for the development of enterprises.Under the profit centered business mode,enterprises focus on cost and profit,in the management of cash flow is only work out a financial statement,but there have not the management which can bring benefits to enterprises.overseas the cash flow management sprout from the middle of nineteenth Century,through continuous exploration,cash flow management has formed a system,in China the research on cash flow management started late,but the scholars continue to study,according to situation of our country,perfect the conclusion on previous research,appear more idea that fit for Chinese enterprises' cash flow management.Now our market trade is frequent,the pressure of competition is increased than before,and enterprises is facing more and more challenges,so people have a deep understanding of the economic management.The good cash flow ensures the daily activities of the enterprise.The management of cash flow is related to the survival and development of the enterprise.Therefore,enterprises focus on the management of cash flow,and apply the theory to the practice is important to improve the management level of the cash flow.The steel industry is one of the basic industries that national economic development.especially in China,with the country's reform and opening up,the market economy and the allocation of resources is improving and strengthening,the steel industry has became the pillar industry of our national economy.However,due to the blind expansion,China's steel industry has entered the dilemma of overcapacity and oversupply.Meanwhile,steel prices continue to decline,and the steel enterprises is also appear financial loss.This paper starting with the management of cash flow,first analyzes the current situation of the steel industry for the last five years.Select the 39 listed companies that can represent the steel industry and analyze the cash flow management of these companies.then select the main enterprise:MaGang to analysis.The analysis include three aspects : flow path management,rate of flow management,speed management.by analyzing the data,after compare with the industry mean value and the best enterprise,know where MaGang is worth learning and needs to be improved.In the end,put forward some suggestions,and it is hope that this paper can provide reference for the management of cash flow.
