With the deepening of the concept of “cash is king”,more and more entrepreneurs realize that cash flow is like the “blood vein” of a company.Just as human health cannot be separated from a good cycle of blood,only the abandonment of profits is a waste.Misconceptions,pay attention to cash flow management,meet the funds needed for the company's daily business activities,maximize the amount of idle funds to select project investment to obtain economic benefits,and at the same time,when the company's funds are short,it can be raised at a faster rate and lower cost.The funds can meet the needs of the company's capital,ensure the smooth flow of cash flow in all aspects of the enterprise,and the company can develop for a long time.At the same time,since China's economy has entered the “new normal”,the growth rate has slowed down and the status of new clean energy has been rising,which has brought unprecedented pressure and challenges to the coal industry.Many coal enterprises have experienced problems such as increasing financial management fees,unsatisfactory financing,and increased risk of repayment of debts.Even large-scale state-owned coal enterprises continue to suffer losses,and cash flow cannot meet the normal business activities of enterprises,let aloneinvestment.This is still the case for large companies,and small and medium-sized coal companies are even more precarious,especially in this special year of 2016.Since 2017,with the continuous advancement of supply-side reforms,the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and the coal industry has also shown a warming trend,which is undoubtedly a good opportunity for small and medium-sized coal enterprises.In order to seize this opportunity and gain long-term development,we must recognize the fact that “cash is king”,enhance the awareness of cash flow management,and improve the cash flow management level of enterprises.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.It mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and summarizes the related literatures from cash flow management and cash flow management of coal enterprises.The paper briefly introduces the research route and method of this paper,and points out the key points,difficulties and innovations of this paper.The second chapter focuses on the definition,objectives and related theories of cash flow management.The third chapter is the paper.The key chapters,starting from the basic situation of Y coal enterprises,select the four analysis angles of cash flow,process,flow rate and flow,and select the actual financial data for 2015-2017 using a series of cash flow indicator systems for vertical comparison,through with Shigang Thecompany conducted a horizontal comparison and had a deep understanding of the current situation of Y-Coil's cash flow management.At the same time,the ologit model was used to evaluate the company's cash flow risk level,and the above analysis was re-verified to make the analysis more accurate.Chapter 4 Based on the third chapter,the analysis of the problems and causes of Y company's cash flow management is found in cash.There are problems in budget management,cost control and management of current payments.The fifth chapter is to combine the theory and the problems found in the fourth chapter,and put forward relevant suggestions for improving the cash flow management level of Y coal enterprises.The sixth chapter is basically completed in the paper.On the basis of the paper,the paper summarizes the full text,reflects on the limitations of the paper,and puts forward the prospect.This paper holds the overall concept,analyzes the current situation of enterprise cash flow management from various angles by using interest rate and comparative analysis method,and uses ologit model to evaluate the cash flow risk to further verify the analysis results,which also constitutes the highlight of this paper.I hope that through the research in this paper,I can cause the management of Y Coal Company to pay attention to cash flow management and make actual adjustments to enable the company to achieve long-term development.
