Strategy Research On Improving Cash Flow Management Of Q Company

A good development of an enterprise is inseparable from stable cash flow.It can be said that cash flow is the blood of a company.Problems in cash flow may lead to stagnation of enterprise development,or even bankruptcy and elimination.Therefore,effective management of cash flow is very important.Firstly,due to the trend of the steel manufacturing industry recently,many enterprises raise funds to invest.As they are not familiar with the industries they invest in,they are faced with higher debt paying risks.On the other hand,as the domestic steel pipe manufacturing industry becomes increasingly saturated,most enterprises choose to explore the international market,but the payback period of expanding overseas market is as long as two to three years,which aggravates the risk of enterprise cash flow shortage.The above risks undoubtedly pose a serious challenge to the cash flow management of enterprises.According to the operating characteristics of Q group,this paper USES relevant financial data to analyze and study the cash flow management of the group,and proposes improvement measures for the core problems of cash flow management.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance of the paper,the domestic and foreign research reviews,and the research methods and contents adopted in the paper.The second part is about the definition of cash flow management.The third part is the analysis of cash flow management status and problems.First,the basic situation of Q group is introduced,then the cash gap of the group is analyzed,and then the existing problems are analyzed: the group’s investment activity is inefficient,the cash inflow is overly dependent on financing activities,and the cash flow velocity is slow.These problems have affected the efficiency of cash flow management of Q group,so it is necessary to put forward improvement measures for the existing cash flow management body.Research in the third part is the fourth part summarizes the problems arising from the qq group in the management of cash flow,starting from the actual situation of group,through creating a good internal environment,optimization of group management strategy,strengthen the cash flow budget analysis,to speed up the cash liquidity management in Q group,the aspects of the existing management of cash flow improvement countermeasures are put forward.
