Research On The Optimization Of Enterprise 's Overall Budget Management

With the continuous development of economy,the enterprise to obtain long-term development,increasing investment,but in the investment process may appear inefficient investment behavior,will hinder the enterprise development,which affects the continuous development of market economy.In recent years,the steel industry over the "golden decade" with the rapid development stage,and in this case,the caused by excessive investment and a wide range of overcapacity,seriously hindered the development of iron and steel enterprises,slow development of the industry.In the current market economy,investment decisions in the company's financial management is more and more important,the quality of the investment can create more profits for the company,the company more attention to the investment decision making,hope can through to the efficiency of investment to obtain more profits.Now and in the iron and steel enterprises to face serious overcapacity problem caused by excessive investment,investment behavior of iron and steel enterprises,therefore,to analyze its about the consequences of excessive investment and the reason,will be conducive to improve the efficiency of iron and steel enterprise investment,promote the long-term stable development.In this paper,the steel industry of T company is selected as an example to study it.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are put forward,and the connotation of excessive investment,the consequences of overinvestment and the causes of overinvestment are analyzed from the domestic research status.Next,through various asset data analysis of the specific investment situation of the T company steel,and through the formula to calculate that it does exist excessive investment behavior;Second major for the cause of T company excessive investment behavior is analyzed,mainly from the internal and external analysis,internal causes include the effects of free cash flow,debt,external reason mainly includes the government subsidies,policy support and market competition.Then it analyzes the impact of the excessive investment behavior on the enterprise,which mainly affects the continuous decrease of debt paying ability,profitability,operation ability,development ability and investment income.Finally,based on the analysis of these data,this paper puts forward corresponding investment Suggestions to improve its investment efficiency and promote the development of steel enterprises.
