Research On HSE Management System Of A Company

Health,safety and environmental problems are important factors restricting the sustainable development of chemical enterprises,but domestic chemical enterprises are generally lacking in the system of health,safety and environmental management at present,the chemical industry is still a high risk industry with frequent health damage,safety accidents and environmental pollution.In this context,drawing on the mature HSE(health,safety and environment)management system of foreign oil industry,the research on the construction and implementation of the HSE management system of A company,a domestic chemical company,discussing the feasibility of applying the HSE management system in the petroleum industry to the chemical industry,in order to provide reference for the construction of HSE management system for enterprises in the same industry or other industries.This paper carried out investigation and research through enterprises,master the basic status and existing problems of company A's management system,focus on the problems,combining enterprise reality,design A company's HSE management system specific plan,which includes organizational structure design,health management content design,security management content design,and env:ironmental management content design.The study puts forward specific measures to implement HSE management system,which includes Leadership commitment,full participation,implementation of risk management mechanism,formulation and standards,staff training,continuous evaluation and improvement,etc.Predict the implementation effect of HSE management system.The significance of this paper is that,theoretically,it is proved that domestic chemical enterprises can draw on and apply the HSE management system which originated from foreign oil industry,guiding the use of HSE management system in the industry or other industry enterprises.In practice,it is proved that implementing HSE management system is a process of dynamic improvement.Only through scientific analysis of the implementation effect of the HSE management system,looking for problems and correcting them in time,can the HSE management system be perfected constantly,reduce the health,safety and environmental risks of A company and reduce the occurrence of accidents.At the same time,it also demonstrates the importance of corporate governance structure in the implementation of HSE management system.It provides theoretical fulcrum and plan selection to build a system,scientific and effective HSE management system for A company,to realize the green development of zero harm,zero accident and zero emission,...
