| In this paper,the basic theory of project schedule management and quality management based on the 5#?6#boiler desulfurization project as the research object of power plant of Nanning Chemical Industry co.,ltd,discuss how to effectively control the quality and progress of the project.This paper analyzes the quality control and schedule problems in the process of implementation of the desulfurization project,including the project star-up time be affect by the emergency flue,desulfurization tower construction is slow,incentives are not in place in the construction team work enthusiasm is not high,the desulfurization tower construction quality problems,glass flake resin thickness does not meet design standards the problem etc..In view of these problems,the organization measures,technical measures and economic measures of project schedule control are used to solve these problems.The problem is solved by the theory and method of quality control of PDCA cycle and total quality management.This paper provides theory and method for solving the project and similar project progress and quality management. |
