In order to study the problem of CO poisonous gas intrusion into the refuge chamber in the main road after the disaster occurred in coal mine.The experimental study on the diffusion of toxic and harmful gases in the refuge chamber was carried out according to the different pressure air volume of 0.7 L/min,1.5 L/min and 2 L/min,respectively.The study found that increasing the pressure air volume,the pressure outlet position is higher than the protective closed door,the protection of closed door height reduction can prevent CO intrusion into the refuge chamber.The numerical simulation model of the evacuation chamber was established by using the flexible barrier of the harmful gas in the mine refuge chamber.By setting the airflow temperature and the ground pressure of the inside of the ashes during the underground disaster period,the CFD software was used to simulate the simulation.Filled with a large number of toxic gases,such as CO gas,in the safe-haired personnel to open the shelter of the refuge after the closed door,CO diffusion into the refuge chamber,and did not install and install the isolation door simulation results simulation analysis.It has been found that it is not feasible to reduce the maximum concentration of CO in the transition chamber to a safe range by blindly increasing the amount of pressure in the ground borehole.In order to reduce the average concentration of CO in the transition chamber to 24 ppm,the installation of the isolation door allows the ground pressure to be reduced from 51.7 m3/min down to 15.7 m3/min when the simulated airway temperature is 50 ?(high temperature airflow during the disaster period)and the evacuation chamber temperature is 20 ?,in the simulated conditions 30 ?,evacuation chamber 10 ?,the installation of isolation doors can make the ground pressure from 81.7 m3/min down to 10.8 m3/min,this prove the refuge chamber harmful gas flexible isolation door can effectively prevent the invasion of toxic gases.
