Increasingly along with the high-speed development of economy and science andtechnology innovation, the scale of coal mine underground mining in space also more and morebig, the underground workers scale expansion, as the hidden danger concerns prominentdevelopment. Building underground emergency safety system is particularly important, therefore,not only for underground workers security, also can make the coal mining continues to steadydevelopment.Based on status quo of study abroad to avoid disaster and on the domestic construction ofcoal mines based on the analysis of the shortage of the emergency actions system, combined withour country coal mine disaster accident analysis, put forward the construction of undergroundemergency actions system requirements. At first, this paper analyzing the characteristics of thecharacteristics of coal mine production system, coal mine accidents in China and the existingway and avoid disaster, combining foreign application status of proposed undergroundemergency actions system necessity; and then escape time and underground workers as the mainparameters of asylum cavern distance model is established, and on the space layout type andlocation of asylum cavern; finally according to the basic requirements of the asylum cavernconstruction, the design requirements, the design conforms to the mine underground emergencysafety system, and use FLAC3D to simulate the cavern rock bolting support, choose the bestbolting of bolt spacing.Combined with the actual situation of Buzhe coal mine, the design conforms to the mineemergency actions of the system, decorate permanent asylum cavern in the+1242shaft station,and decorate mobile capsule in each working face, and make that arrangement for permanentasylum cavern. This thesis research in the coal mine emergency actions system, coal mineemergency rescue has a good reference to our country.
