At present our country refuge chamber construction has been in the primary stage,there are some defects in refuge chamber function and internal structure,through simulating the cataclysm, Understand refuge chamber operating condition in the catastrophe,get effective data.Through the numerical simulation to realize alleys gas mixed state,according to the differential pressure,differential temperature of the alleys and refuge chamber, Operating environment consider gravitational field circumstances determine transition heading into the quantity of CO,eventually determine the air demand of the refuge chamber, for mine safety production to provide technical supportThis paper according to the design rule of refuge chamber,reasonable arrangement refuge chamber.Realize refuge chamber maneuverability,practicality,safety and economy.According to mass conservation law,momentum conservation law,energy conservation law,Established the control equation about the gas concentration mixed gas convection-diffusion of refuge chamber3-d flow field. Studied in different temperature,different pressure and three dimensional refuge chamber gas composition change rule and distribution state,implement more practical refuge chamber CFD model.Combined with da xing mine N2-900mining level,application specific model for numerical simulation,Comparing the simulation results with the actual results and analysis them,get the following conclusion:(1)Application of FLUENT software to simulate the catastrophe refuge chamber CO concentration distribution state,considering the gravity,set the refuge chamber and roadway pressure difference for fifty pa,the temperature difference of5℃,the CO concentration of transition chamber increased significantly.Set the refuge chamber and roadway pressure difference for200pa,the temperature difference of5℃,there are few CO from roadway into transition chamber.(2)Application of FLUENT software to simulate CO into the refuge chamber, providing effective data for shorting the personnel stranded in the transition chamber time.(3)Through comparing and analysis da xing mine N2-900refuge chamber numerical simulation experiment and gas monitoring results.Verify the correctness of the optimization model.
