At present,China's tourism industry is in a stage of rapid development,especially the eco-tourism market that has unique natural advantages has huge potential.Land is the core lifeblood of the development of tourist areas.The land use situation directly affects the development prospects of the region.Building a land use model plays a vital role in exploring the land use changes,laws and future development trends.The change of landscape pattern can reflect the influence of natural factors and human activities on the regional ecological environment.Combining land use and landscape pattern theory is of great significance to the optimization of land use,ecological environment construction and sustainable development of Xiaocaoba scenic spot.This paper takes the Xiaocaoba scenic spot in Yiliang County,a provincial scenic spot in Yunnan Province as the research object.First,it constructs a land use classification system for the remote sensing images of the research area,and conducts land use speed and land use changes in the research area from 2010 to 2018.Analysis of key factors such as degree;at the same time,the Markov module is used to generate the land use transfer matrix and the Logistic algorithm to obtain the land suitability atlas,and this is used as the conversion rule;the improved CA-Markov model is used to analyze the land use pattern in 2018 and 2022.Carry out simulation;Finally,based on the land use status data in 2010,2014,2018 and 2022,the landscape dynamic analysis of Xiaocaoba scenic spot is analyzed through the landscape index analysis method.The main innovations and research results achieved in this article are as follows:(1)Propose a coupled model for land prediction research.In this paper,the spatial evolution function of the CA model and the quantity prediction function of the Markov model are combined to construct the CA-Markov model.First,the land use situation in 2018 is simulated,and the accuracy of the simulation results is evaluated using the Kappa coefficient.The simulation results are good,indicating that theselected data and model can predict the future land use changes in Xiaocaoba scenic spot.Based on this model,land use pattern changes in 2022 are predicted.(2)Select the rule conversion method for suitability research.This paper uses Logistic module to optimize the atlas of land use suitability.According to the characteristics of scenic spots,seven driving factors such as elevation,slope,air temperature,distance to river,and distance to highway are selected.Through logistic regression equation deformation,the influence probability between driving factor and land type is obtained,and then the land suitability map is generated.This method better avoids the subjective influence caused by the artificially set factor weight of the MCE method.(3)Select key factors for land type analysis.The research results show that from2010 to 2018,the land use changes in Xiaocaoba scenic area showed the characteristics of increased forest land and construction land,and decreased cultivated land and grassland.The land use flow mainly represented the transfer of cultivated land,grassland and forest land.The dynamic change of land use in Xiaocaoba scenic spot presents a rapid development trend,and the dynamic degree of construction land is the largest,indicating that the scenic spot is in the stage of high-speed construction.As the comprehensive index of land use has decreased,the level of land intensive use in the study area has generally declined.(4)Select the landscape pattern index for ecological effect analysis.The research results show that,from 2010 to 2018,the overall landscape fragmentation of Xiaocaoba scenic spot continued to improve.Among them,the degree of fragmentation of forest land,grassland and cultivated land decreased,and the degree of fragmentation of construction land was the lowest.In the construction and development of scenic spots,the connectivity of land type patches has been continuously improved,the structure of patches has tended to be regular,and the shape of borders has also been simplified.At the same time,the entire landscape elements present a uniform,diversified and discrete distribution.(5)Predict land use landscape pattern in 2022 based on CA-Markov model.The research results show that the land use structure of Xiaocaoba scenic spot remains stable from 2018 to 2022,with forest land predominant,and grassland as transfer-in land,the area is steadily increasing;the success of infrastructure construction has led to the basic stability of construction land area;the cultivated land area is small Reduced scope.In the future construction stage of the study area,the degree oflandscape fragmentation showed a downward trend,and the plaques in various areas were developing more regularly and uniformly,and the spatial diversity and aggregation degree were improved.Based on the development trend of land use and landscape pattern,suggestions are made from the policy and ecological aspects.Through measures such as improving land use policies,strengthening ecological protection,and upgrading cutting-edge technology,we are committed to creating a sustainable ecological small grass dam scenic spot.
