The beautiful red color-leafed forest resources is major attractions for eco-tourists.In order to utilize red color-leafed forest resources sustainablely,it's of great significance to arrange current status and analyze landscape pattern.So,targeted at the red color-leafed forest resources in Bipeng Valley Scenic Spot,research methods like literature review and field research were adopted in the study to arrange current status preliminarily;Based on forest resources database,landscape pattern of red color-leafed forest resources in Bipeng Valley Scenic Spot was analyzed by using ArcGIS and Fragstas;On the basis of analysis of landscape pattern,red color-leafed forest landscape stability assessment model was built by using principal component analysis.lastly,on the base of analysis,paper put forward some suggestions to improve the landscape quality.The main results were summarized:(1)In terms of red color-leafed forest resources,there are 390 species of color-leafed plants belonging to 104 genera and 51 families,among which there are 248 species of shrubs,127 species of trees,and 15 species of herbage and liana,including 30 species of spring autumn-colored leaf plants,334 species of autumn-colored leaf plants,26 species of ever-colored leaf plants.Red color-leafed forest resources are mainly distributed on the hillsides between 2000 m and 3000 m.The typical landscape mainly includes 7 types including colorful Shrub Landscape,colorful arbor forest Landscape,colorful mixed landscape,etc.(2)In terms of landscape pattern,landscape type of study area is divided into first-class landscape and second-class landscape in accordance with research purposes and relative standards.On patch type level,the patch areas of Sibiraea laevigata forests and Salix cupularis forests,are larger than others,some forests are highly fragmented like Larix masteriana forests and Betula forests,the segmentation Hippophae rhamnoides forests and Hippophae rhamnoides forests are high.the COHESION score of Sibiraea laevigata forests and Lonicera japonica forests are high,it means the natural connectivity of them is strong.On landscape level,separating degree of first-class landscape is higherthan second-class landscape,it means first-class landscape is more influenced by the outer environment.(3)In terms of landscape stability,the landscape stability of Sibiraea laevigata forests,Rhododendron simsii forests,Larix mastersiana forests and Lonicera japonica forests are high assessed by landscape stability assessment model.On the contrary,the landscape stability Sorbus pohuashanensis forests,Hippophae rhamnoides forests,Betula forests and Populus forests are low.In summary,research suggests that the red color-leafed forest resources of Bipeng Valley Scenic Spot is various,rich and incredible.it also has short comings like seasonableto watch,fragile eco-environm and uneven distribution.Meanwhile,the landscape patterns of red color-leafed forest are complicated and various,and the landscape stability of them are uneven.In a word,these status should be deserved attention.
