| Under the requirements of high-quality economic development,Beijing-TianjinHebei,as a development area around the capital,has assumed a pioneer role in high-quality economic development.As the core competitiveness of a region's economic development,the development of high-tech industries will help the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to achieve coordinated development and high-quality economic development.In this context,studying the coordinated development trend of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei about Sci-Tech Finance and High-tech industry will help optimize the regional development layout,build a regional science and technology innovation center,further improve the Sci-Tech Finance service system,and promote the development of High-tech industry.The article first sorts out the existing research,summarizes the current status of research on the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's Sci-Tech Finance and High-tech industry,and analyzes and evaluates them from the perspectives of synergetic development theory,synergetic development status,and synergistic empirical evidence.Based on the characteristics of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's Sci-Tech Finance and High-tech industry,an evaluation system was constructed,which was analyzed from the two levels of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.Based on the theory of coordinated development of the composite system,Degree of order between2008-2017 was calculated separately The Sci-Tech Finance,Public Sci-Tech Finance Market Sci-Tech Finance and High-tech industry,and the degree of and Coordinated between Sci-Tech Finance and High-tech industry.The study found that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a large gap in science and technology financial resources,uneven distribution of resources,an Public Sci-Tech Finance dominate.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Sci-Tech Finance andHigh-tech industry are all in a coordinated development stage,but there is still a gap.On the basis of empirical analysis,policy suggestions are proposed for the uneven distribution of resources,the large gap in the development of high-tech industries and in coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's Sci-Tech Finance and High-tech industry,for the uneven distribution of resources and the large gap in the development of high-tech industries.The first is to do a good job of macro policy design and policy coordination to promote the flow of scientific and technological resources.The second is to do a good job in the development of financial services for technology companies,Clear the barriers between the government and the market,take the government as the lead,and take into account the needs of the market to develop Market Sci-Tech Finance.The third is to pay attention to the guidance and improvement of scientific and technological financial derivative service institutions,and increase financial subsidies to such institutions. |
