The Landscape Utilization And Development Principles Of Water Resources In Xi'an

Cities are high-density population gathering places,and water is not only the lifeblood of urban development,but also an important element to shape the characteristics of cities.Cities rise from water,cities and water depend on each other.But as cities entered the industrial society,if the relationship between the city and water is handled improperly,it will have adverse effects,even the opposite effects.At present,the Party and the government attach great importance to ecological issues,the 18 th and 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress have put forward the construction of an ecological civilization society.Under the environment of building eco-city,Xi'an as one of the national central cities,considers the future development needs of the city,it is very important to rationally plan the landscape development and utilization of water resources,pay attention to the city's water environment,water safety and even the construction of ecological water landscape,and study the planning,construction and sustainable development of Xi'an water landscape.This paper takes Xi'an as the research object,takes literature collection,field investigation and example analysis as the main research method.First of all,this paper summarizes the theory and lessons of the landscape development and utilization of water resources at all times and in all countries,and analyzes the basic situation of Xi'an City,natural geographical conditions and social and economic development,etc.Secondly,this paper discusses the characteristics of historical landscape water body and the process of ancient and modern changes in Xi'an,and summarizes the experience and lessons of the landscape utilization of water resources in ancient Chang'an(Xi'an).The third part is based on the current construction of the water environment in Xi'an and the basic conditions of water conservancy projects,combined with ancient and modern cases,this paper analyzes the current situation of water resources in Xi'an and the problems existing in the development and utilization of water landscape.Finally,this paper takes chanba ecological district and kunmingchi lake area as examples,discusses the development principles and its basic ideas of water resources landscape utilization in Xi'an,rationally develops and utilizes Xi'an's water resources on the basis of respecting the natural water system,gives full play to the role of water conservancy projects,and explores the landscape development and utilization mode of Xi'an water resources,and makes the ecological,economic and social benefits of water landscape develop at the same time.
