Driving Mechanism Of Farmers' Straw Resource Utilization In Jilin Province

In recent years,the unreasonable utilization of crop straws has caused it to become one of the sources of agricultural non-point source pollution in China.The latest Central Document No.1 of 2020 states that "vigorously promote the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources and basically complete large-scale farms.Construction of manure treatment facilities.In-depth development of pesticide and chemical fertilizer reduction actions,strengthening agricultural film pollution treatment,and promoting comprehensive utilization of straw." This leads to the study of crop straw resource utilization,which is conducive to promoting the further development of ecological agriculture and green agriculture.It has long-term significance for the recycling of agricultural waste,improving the quality of life in rural areas and the employment of farmers.In the theoretical analysis part,this study combines the actual conditions of relevant research and practical research,and selects farmers in Jilin Province as the research object to investigate the straw resource utilization behavior of farmers.In the concept definition and theoretical basis,it mainly introduces the related concepts and theories of straw resource utilization and farmers 'behavior-driven mechanism.Then it combines the official data of actual straw utilization in Jilin Province to make a descriptive analysis of the current situation of farmers' straw utilization in Jilin Province.In the empirical analysis part,the model is initially constructed based on planned behavior theory.The main methods adopted are modelreliability and validity analysis and structural equation model analysis.Based on the model reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model analysis results,the model was revised,and the main factors driving the straw resource utilization behavior of farmers in Jilin Province were further studied,and the driving mechanism of the straw resource utilization behavior of farmers in Jilin Province was further explored.This research puts forward 9 basic hypotheses and uses the structural equation model to verify them one by one.The empirical analysis results show that for farmers in Jilin Province,their behavioral attitudes and subjective norms not only indirectly affect actual behaviors through willingness to act,but also have significant effects on their behaviors.direct impact.The main conclusion of the study is that the most critical factor that affects farmers 'straw resource utilization behavior in Jilin Province is its subjective norms and moral responsibilities.The subjective norms of farmers have a direct and significant positive effect on farmers' willingness and behavior.Therefore,in order to stimulate Jilin Provincial peasant households 'straw resource utilization behaviors are generated,and the primary task is to influence farmers' willingness to use straw resources through important people.Other psychological factors have a significant positive impact on their willingness,and farmers' behavioral willingness has a significant positive impact on their actual behavior.
