Water resource is one of the most precious natural resources and strategic resources of human beings,and it is the basis of economic development and social harmony.In recent years,with the global climate change and frequent human activities,water resources related problems such as water shortage,water environment damage and frequent flood disasters have become increasingly prominent.In some cities of China,the problem of water resource security has become a serious restricting factor of urban sustainable development.The situation of water resources security is not optimistic.The in-depth analysis and scientific evaluation of urban water resources security will help to accurately grasp the situation and put forward countermeasures,which has significant practical significance.Based on the analysis of the current situation of water resources and the existing problems,such as the shortage of water resources,the imbalance of time and space distribution,the imbalance of water supply and demand,the serious problem of water pollution,the slow progress of water-saving management and so on,this paper summarizes the relevant research results of water resources security,and takes Zhengzhou as the research object.According to the administrative division,Zhengzhou city is divided into 8 research divisions.First of all,using the principle of AHP,the water resource security evaluation index system of Zhengzhou city is established,the weight of each index is determined by AHP,and the AHP evaluation value of each district of Zhengzhou City from 2013 to 2018 is calculated,and then the water resource security situation of each district in the past six years is analyzed.Further use the combination of AHP and entropy weight method to comprehensively evaluate the water resource security status of each zone in Zhengzhou in 2018,define the classification standards,and realize the security evaluation classification of each zone,so as to determine the water resource security status of each zone: among the 8 evaluation districts in Zhengzhou,the overall water resources safety status of Xinmi City and Dengfeng City is better and in a subelastic state;The safety of water resources in Shangjie District,Xingyang City,Zhongmou County,Xinzheng City,Zhengzhou City and Airport District,which ranked third to eighth in the comprehensive evaluation value,is in an elastic-plastic state,whichshould attract the attention of the government and take effective management measures.In order to clarify the problems and put forward more targeted suggestions and measures,this paper conducts in-depth research on 8 research areas,obtains the problems of each area and makes specific analysis,and from a variety of measures to enhance the urban water supply capacity,expand the development and utilization of unconventional water resources,improve the urban water price management system,accelerate the improvement of water-saving management,actively promote the prevention and control of water pollution,and the management countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of strong water environment protection and water ecological restoration,speeding up the modernization of urban and rural water conservancy,and vigorously promoting the innovative practice of urban water resource management.
