Under the "3+1+2" mode of the New college entrance examination reform,the status of physics has been significantly improved in middle schools,and Classroom Q&A,as one of the indispensable activities in teaching,has attracted more and more attention from the industry.Classroom Q&A includes four parts:questioning,waiting,answering,and evaluating,which are connected together and complement each other,so the evaluating has been highly valued by the industry.In addition,the Ministry of Education in the revision of "General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 edition)" has put forward stricter requirements for teaching evaluation,and the classroom evaluating is not only a kind of teaching behavior,but also is a kind of teaching evaluation,and to this end,it also puts forward higher requirements on the classroom evaluating.However,the author's classroom observations of the Normal students and new teachers who have worked for 1 to 3 years during education internship found that many of them have problems in classroom evaluating.Teacher education as the key to the pre-service training of teachers,the teaching ability constructed and generated by the Normal students during this period determines the level of future education to a certain extent.Therefore,the development status and current situation of the Normal students majoring in physics'classroom evaluating skills in the training process is a problem worthy of attention.Therefore,the author chose "Research on the development of classroom evaluating skills of pre-service physics teachers" as the subject.Based on the meaning,classification and requirements of the evaluating consulted in the literature,this paper constructs an evaluation tool for the development of the Normal students' classroom evaluating skills-questionnaire and observation scale.And taking the Normal students majoring in physics in Central China Normal University as the research object,starting from the talent training program of physics(normal)major.conducting a questionnaire survey on evaluating concepts and observation of the status of classroom evaluating behaviors of the third grade in physics teaching skills training and the fourth grade in professional education practice.The study found that,(1)the Normal students' knowing and understanding of classroom evaluating gradually improved with the learning of various courses,which laid a good cognitive foundation for the practice of evaluating in class.(2)In practice,the good rational evaluating of the Normal students is not perfectly reflected.Although there are various ways of evaluating,the frequency varies greatly,and the actual quality is not good.(3)Although the Normal students' consciousness of evaluating assumptions and reflections are very strong,they have not done enough in implementation.In view of the deficiency and gap in the concept and behavior of Normal students' classroom evaluating,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to optimize the talent training program of Normal students majoring in physics from two aspects:colleges and practice schools.
