Study On Project Management Of Smart Hydrological System Construction Project In Small Watershed

In the 1950s,the concept of engineering management became a hot spot,people from all walks of life have begun to put great enthusiasm into management,and large-scale construction projects are a typical case of the application of engineering management.In recent years,with the increasing investment of the state in the water conservancy industry,hydrological undertakings have also started to develop rapidly.the research on the engineering management of hydrological construction projects has become a problem that shoould be studied and solved.This thesis,used a established case made on the Wuyuan Hydrologic Intelligent monitoring and service system construction project to analyze and study the quality management,cost management and schedule management,tries to find out the influencing factors of the slow progress and the delay in completion of the project,summarizes the better project management scheme,so as to give reference and guidance to other similar hydrological construction projects.At first,this thesis introduced the social background of the case,explained its special representative significance as a national pilot project;general introduced the theory of progress,quality and cost in hydrological monitoring system and engineering management;brief introduced the related concepts of engineering management,project management and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Secondly,introduced the current status of quality management,schedule management and cost management in the Wuyuan Hydrologic Intelligent monitoring and service system construction project.By using AHP,this thesis analyzed the influence factors of quality,schedule and cost to the engineering construction,then find out the problems in project management.Finally,in view of the problems existed in Wuyuan project,improved the project management tuo provide reference for the follow-up similar projects.
