There are more and more construction projects; we can repeatedly see various news about construction projects on publications. The performance of the construction project and other relevant factors not only closely related to the daily life of every citizen, but also about the overall performance of the organization, and even the country’s macroeconomic performance. Performance management has been an important part of construction projects, and how to effectively manage the performance of construction projects for real estate enterprises of great significance. There are many researches of Construction projects, but we have little about construction project performance management. Some of Existing performance is building performance indicators; some are discussing some general performance from a particular aspect. In this context, this study will focus on the performance of the construction project management, focus on the possibility of realizing the system dynamics, to a comprehensive understanding of the overall performance of the construction project management, and guide the real estate business to reasonably regulate and guide project performance.First, we elaborated on the background, purpose and significance of the performance management research. We detailed description of the related areas of the status. Performance management of construction projects were introduced and analyzed, then, the paper discusses the development of system dynamics in the world, and makes a deep analysis and detailed classifying. We explored the possibility of applying system dynamics in the construction project performance management and its unique advantages. Then, after detailed analysising the characteristics of required indicators, indicators of the system dynamics model were built and we make an optimization. Then we use the system dynamics method on the basis of existing indicators of the overall performance of the construction project modeling, and then the model is a qualitative analysis. Subsequently, on the basis of the assignment of variables and building relevant equation for the model after quantitative analysis, we make the effect of FIG. Building Related indicators of comprehensive performance of the construction project to build and system dynamics modeling are very exploratory and innovative parts; this article also has a strong practical significance.Through the study and discussion, we found that the system dynamics can be applied to a comprehensive performance management of construction projects, and also has strong adaptability and relevance, as well as have advantages to solve the unique higher-order complex problems. The comprehensive performance of the construction project is built by two major categories of financial and non-financial indicators, divided into five modules such as production capacity, project management capabilities, quality control, security management, level of civilized construction, marked with a number of quantitative indicators. We transformed the qualitative indicators into quantitative indicators. During the system dynamics quantitative analysis, in addition to the direct using of existing data, you can use the Delphi method, G1method, entropy method, weighting method to determine the functional relationship between the variables. Through building scientific construction project performance management system, it is reasonable to set management measures to manage the level of project performance.
