| In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the urban population and urban scale in coastal areas continue to expand,and there is an urgent need for cross-sea development due to the lack of urban space.Subsea tunnels,Marine Bridges and other infrastructure projects related to the national economy and people’s livelihood have been set up continuously.At the same time,with the continuous rise of China’s comprehensive strength and the deepening of the strategy of making China a maritime power,the Marine resources development industry is booming,the offshore geological exploration and construction projects are increasing day by day,and the scale of investment and construction is growing rapidly.However,due to the specialization of the above and underwater construction projects and the complexity of the offshore environment,the lack of experience in risk management of related engineering projects,and the lag in the preparation of design and construction standards,the risks faced by the project progress should not be underestimated.Therefore,this paper combined with the project management professional knowledge,comprehensive analysis of geological prospecting and each link in a construction project may occur at various stages of risk influence,aims to identify sea geological exploration construction project and potential risk events that exist in the reality,and analysis and evaluation,and control the risk events the negative effect of the implementation of the project,reduce the possibility of loss occur,weakened the strength of the occurrence of a risk,achieve the goal of risk management.As the analysis and research of project risk management become more and more comprehensive,the modern management request is to establish a set of scientific,systematic and integrated risk management system and mechanism of offshore geological exploration and construction projects,so as to avoid the risk loss and improve the social and economic benefits of the project.Based on the status of risk management of engineering projects at home and abroad,this paper further studies the risk management of China’s offshore geological exploration projects,including risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.Taking Qingdao A undersea tunnel geological exploration project as an example,this paper evaluates its risk in combination with specific offshore geological exploration projects.Through the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the Marine geological exploration construction project research,environment,technology,personnel,management and coordination factor is constitute the five main risk of the project,in combination with the practical case of project,and then using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the risk existing in the construction process of systematic evaluation,finally combining the main risk factors of the targeted put forward concrete measures,and the system guarantee of the operability,make the project forward smoothly.Through the project practice case,the construction personnel of offshore geological exploration project can realize the importance and necessity of project risk management.At the same time,according to the results of risk assessment,the risk response strategy of offshore geological exploration project is further studied and discussed in depth,so as to achieve the goal of reducing project risk and reducing project loss. |
