Practical Study On Construction Project Management Of GIS System

During the process of development and construction of China,tasks of the transformation of old city town and comprehensive management of regions in urban-rural fringe areas are arduous,the management system of construction project has its own uniqueness compared with other information management systems.It can improve the scientificalness and accuracy of management further,and the efficiency of project management work to use GIS technology for management,analysis and visualization of spatial data in construction projects.The thesis designed and developed a set of online management system of construction projects,relying on the platform software ECNUGIS all developed by Spatial Web laboratory of East China Normal University.It implemented the communication reminding among management workflow,project documentation,and personnel of multilevel and multimode and the integrated management,analysis of relevant spatial data.The major functions implemented in the research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Provide the all processes of the construction project with management assist from proposing the project.(2)Implemented the operation of daily management in mobile,then made the management work more portable based on mobile system of wechat enterprise development.At the same time,it,based on message push function of wechat development,pushed kinds of message reminding generated in system to users'cellphones or other mobile devices.(3)Combined with GIS technology,it integrated the label layer of project location related to construction project and spatial data,such as satellite image layer of target area,planning data and current data of construction land,into one system for presenting and managing.(4)Developed functions of real-time positioning and uploading of pictures etc.as auxiliary tool for field visit of the construction project,based on the comprehensive positioning function of HTML5.The results have been online and applied to some relevant functional departments of Shanghai suburbs,and improved their work efficiency of management significantly.
