Study On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Resource-environment In Loess Plateau

The concept of sustainable development advocated by China's new urbanization construction has clearly pointed out that the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization should be coordinated with the tolerance of resources-environment.As China's economic development has entered a new normal,the concept of green development has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Therefore,we need to increase our focus on the new urbanization and coordinated development of resources-environment.How to realize the coordinated development of new urbanization and resources-environment is a problem that must be solved in China's modernization.Based on this background,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the coordinated development of new urbanization and resource-environment in the Loess Plateau.On the basis of literature review,and according to system theory,sustainable development theory and coordinated development theory,this paper constructs a specific evaluation index system of two systems of new urbanization and resource-environment;using the measurement model of coupling coordination degree to the Loess Plateau region in2007-2016,and the empirical analysis of the relationship between new urbanization and the coordinated development of resources-environment was carried out.The ArcGIS10.3 thematic map was used to reflect its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics.Combined with the empirical research results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the realization of new urbanization and coordinated development of resources-environment.Through empirical analysis,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)In 2007-2016,the comprehensive development level of overall new urbanization in the Loess Plateau was low,and the geographical development in space was not balanced.The overall development level of the overall resources-environment in the Loess Plateau isgood,and the spatial distribution shows a trend from the original dispersion to the concentration.(2)In 2007-2016,the coupling degree of new urbanization and resource-environment system in the Loess Plateau has been in the antagonistic stage for ten years.The coupling degree between new urbanization and resource-environment shows an increasing trend.(3)The coupling degree of new urbanization system and resource-environment system in the Loess Plateau has shown a steady upward trend.The level of coordinated development has risen from the mild imbalance stage in 2007 to the verge of imbalance stage in 2016.
