SFMA(Selective Functional Motion Assessment)is a simple and practical method to test the functional problems of lower limbs, and it can determine the specific parts of dysfunction.Sports intervention is an effective means to solve functional problems. This study combines the two to explore the application of SFMA in lower limb dysfunction of college students and provide effective exercise intervention programs.Firstly,400 college students were selected and tested by SFMA.According to the test results, some or some malfunctions and their main characteristics were analyzed, and the causes were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Secondly,30 subjects with lower extremity dysfunction were selected from the tested population. They were intervened by physical means such as stretching, activation and functional exercise. After intervention and correction, they were evaluated by SFMA and other evaluation methods. Finally, the differences between the results measured before and after the experiment were compared, and the application value of SFMA in the evaluation of functional posture of lower limbs of college students and the effectiveness of intervention programs were analyzed. The results show that:(1)College students' lower limb dysfunction mainly includes:four-point support diagonal test(63.38%),narrow base half kneeling(41.63%),squatting dysfunction(37.31%)and hip abduction dysfunction(25%).(2)Comparing the data of men and women, there were significant differences in four-point brace diagonal test, passive plantar flexion, ankle varus, sitting posture and passive hip rotation between men and women(p < 0.05),and significant differences in some unilateral movements.(3)According to the experimental data analysis, except for the narrow base standing, standing hip extension and assistant squatting, the other 31 movements have significant differences(p < 0.05).The conclusions are as follows:(1)Lower extremity dysfunction is widespread among college students, and the prominent ones are: poor stability of the core part or poormotion control function, poor independent stability function and limited flexibility of the hip joint.(2)There are gender differences in four-point support diagonal test, passive plantar flexion, ankle varus, sitting posture, passive hip rotation and other movements, and boys are generally better than girls in function.(3)After exercise intervention, the condition of lower limb dysfunction was improved except for narrow base standing, standing hip extension and assistant squatting. The effect of exercise intervention on correcting lower limb dysfunction was significant.
