In order to explore the effect of acute moderate intensity aerobic exercise on executive control and brain function of different types of college students,40 college students majoring in physical education with special sports were selected, including 20 in the open special group and 20 in the closed special group. This study used power cycling as an intervention for aerobic exercise;E-Prime3.0 software was used to design the cognitive task program,Flanker task was used to evaluate the inhibitory control function,2-back task was used to evaluate the spatial working memory function, and More-odd shifting task was used to evaluate the cognitive flexibility function. At the same time,near-infrared spectroscopy was used to monitor the changes of cerebral hemodynamics in the prefrontal lobe related brain regions before and after the intervention. The study found that :1.The effect of acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on inhibition control and brain function of college students with different special types. The study found that in terms of behavior, through acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in the interaction of time × special type(F=4.308,p=0.045< 0.05).Further simple effect analysis showed that there was a significant difference before and after intervention in the open special group(p=0.027<0.05),while there was no significant difference before and after intervention in the closed special group(p=0.534> 0.05).In terms of near-infrared data,it was found that there was a significant difference in the concentration of oxyhemoglobin in the left superior frontal gyrus before and after the intervention(p=0.009<0.05),indicating that the activation of the left superior frontal gyrus was significantly improved before and after the intervention. The main effect of time on the right middle frontal gyrus was significant(p=0.010<0.05),indicating that the activation of the right middle frontal gyrus in the open special group and the closed special group was significantly improved before and after the intervention.2.The effect of acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on spatial working memory and brain function of college students with different special types was found. In terms of behavior, the main effect of time was significant(F=36.926,p=0.000<0.01),the main effect of special type was significant(F=56.177,p=0.000<0.05),and the interaction of time × special type was significant(F=5.958,p=0.019<0.05).Further simple effect analysis was found. There was a significant difference between the open special group before and after the intervention(p=0.000<0.05),while there was a significant difference between the closed special group before and after the intervention(p=0.014<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the open special group and the closed special group before the intervention(p=0.000<0.05).In terms of near-infrared data,it was found that there was a significant difference in the concentration of oxyhemoglobin in the left superior frontal gyrus in the working memory task before and after the intervention(p=0.003<0.05).The time main effect of the left middle frontal gyrus(p=0.001<0.05)and the right middle frontal gyrus(p=0.000<0.05)was significant, indicating that the activation of the left middle frontal gyrus and the right middle frontal gyrus was significantly increased before and after the intervention in the open special group and the closed special group.3.The effect of acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on cognitive flexibility and brain function of college students with different special types. The study found that in terms of behavior, through acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention,it was found that the main effect of time was significant(F=14.312,p=0.001<0.01),and the interaction of time × special type was significant(F=5.695,p=0.022<0.05).Further simple effect analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the open special group before and after the intervention(p=0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference in the closed special group before and after intervention(p=0.330>0.05).In terms of near-infrared data,it was found that there was a significant difference in oxyhemoglobin in the left superior frontal gyrus before and after the intervention in the open special group(p=0.000<0.01),while there was no significant difference in each brain area before and after the intervention in the closed special group.Research shows that :1.Acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention can improve the executive control function of different types of college students and promote the activation of related brain regions.2.Through acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention, the inhibitory control, working memory and cognitive flexibility functions of college students in the open special group were significantly improved, and the working memory function of college students in the closed special group was significantly improved.3.Through acute moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention, the activation of left superior frontal gyrus and right middle frontal gyrus was significantly increased in the open special group during the flanker task.During the 2-back task, the activation of left superior frontal gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus and right middle frontal gyrus was significantly increased.During the more-odd shifting task, the activation of left superior frontal gyrus was significantly increased;in the closed special group, the activation of the right middle frontal gyrus was significantly increased during the flanker task, and the activation of the left middle frontal gyrus and the right middle frontal gyrus was significantly increased during the 2-back task.
