Astanga yoga is gradually formed by people's need for exercise from ancient times to today.With the accumulation of thousands of years of human civilization,Astanga yoga has become a very rigorous sequence of sports in the system of yoga practice.Astanga Yoga Sunworship Sequence is the beginning of each level of sequence and is divided into two groups:AB and Astanga Yoga Sunworship Sequence.This paper makes an experimental study on group A and group B of Yoga Sunworship.The purpose of the grouping experiment is not to find the best body rehabilitation posture,but to refine the decomposition of Astanga Yoga posture,find a better method for body rehabilitation,and make a deeper discussion.College students majoring in dance performance have different dual identities compared with those majoring in dance performance in Conservatory of Music.It is not only an artist who has passed the dance art examination,but also a sportsman in major competitive competitions.For example,sports dance,cheerleading,rhythmic gymnastics,etc.,are all college students who major in dance performance.Relative to the status of dancers,it is the most important academic task for college students majoring in dance performance to compete as sportsmen.Heavy competition pressure and long-term professional training such as:standing for a long time,bouncing,back bending caused by backache;after training,fatigue of the body has not been properly adjusted and other factors lead to the potential health hazards of dance performance college students,and through the investigation,it is concluded that the incidence of scoliosis of dance performance college students is relatively higher than that of other colleges.?In this paper,the effect of Astanga Yoga Sunworship Sequence on the spine of college students majoring in dance performance is studied,andthe students of Art College of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education are taken as experimental subjects.Measuring instruments: Scolimeter Spine Measuring Instrument,Scoligauge Software,Adam's Forward Bend Test and Down Dog Posture Assessment.The experiment was divided into three groups:Sunday worship group A,Sunday worship group B and control group.The results of four months' experimental study showed that Sunday A group had a good effect on the balance of spine,especially on the improvement of shoulder balance.Sunday group B had a good effect on the balance of spine,especially on the balance of waist and hip.After the experiment,it is concluded that the practice of Astanga Yoga Sunday worship not only has a significant effect on the improvement of idiopathic scoliosis of college students majoring in dance performance,but also promotes the special quality of college students majoring in dance performance.1.Improving the way of breathing and enhancing the training effect of College athletes.2.Relax the muscles,relax the body and mind,and combine the training content of college athletes with work and leisure.3.To improve the professional competition performance of college athletes by scoliosis.Based on the analysis of the postural function and kinematic mechanism of group A and group B,and the experimental results,it is concluded that the rehabilitation effects of group A and group B on body balance are different,and a new set of combination training methods for Sunday worship is summarized: mountain-Qiyang-magic chair-stretching the spine forward-bending-standing back-stretching-octasom throwing.Ground-Up Dog-Down Dog-Ride-Eight Body Ground-Up Dog-Down Dog-Ride-Eight Body Ground-Down Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Up Dog-Standing Back Extension-Strengthened Spine Forward CurvatureExtension-Magic Chair-Qiyang-Mountain Type The above Sunday-worship combination training methods also have certain training on shoulder,waist and hip.Whether the new Yoga Sunday-worship combination training method can effectively improve the balance function of the body spine needs further experimental research.
