China in the field of design of CNC machine tools is still in its infancy.Related products lack of competitiveness in the international market.in addition to the technical gap,the imperfect of the functional interface programming is also one of the very important reasons.At present,most of the CNC machine tools in the design process is only concerned with the application of advanced technology and diverse needs,but ignore the coordination of man and machine.Ergonomics is the basic theory of product optimization design,therefore,application of ergonomic research in the field of numerical control machine tool design and use of a set of effective design method is particularly important.In this paper,the latest CNC machine tool design is reviewed,and the functions,structure and operating characteristics of CNC machine tools are summarized.The basic design points are summarized by analyzing the excellent design cases.On this basis,the ergonomics research method and the method of task analysis are used to rationally distribute the function of "human" and "machine" to design a set of operation interface.In the core of the paper,the function of the operation interface is mainly analyzed through the multi-objective guidance,which provides the comprehensive theoretical support for the subsequent design stage.Using TRIZ Conflict Matrix to Solve the Conflict of Multi-Objective Guided Operation Interface Design.Establish a comprehensive,research model.After that,the paper discusses how the model is applied to the design of CNC machine tools,and summarizes the basic design principles of NC machine tool interface.At last,NC machine tool is designed through the design principle guidance.Focuses on the function analysis and planning of the operation interface from the perspective of multi-goal orientation.Combining with the basic principle of TRIZ technology conflict resolution and combining with the basic theory of ergonomics,this paper tries to explore the future of NC machine operating system planning and interface Design of a system of research methods and design principles.
