The s EMG man-machine interface based on finger movements,combined with the visual stimulation interface of the brain-machine interface,is a way for the human body to interact with external terminal environment equipment through finger bending movements.Finger bending is a fine movement.This new type of interaction is simple and convenient.It can help groups with movement disabilities to complete autonomous movement intentions,control the surrounding environment terminal equipment,and greatly reduce the pressure on care.This thesis proposes a s EMG human-machine interface environment control system based on finger movements.Subjects choose the control function through the brain-machine visual stimulation interface.When a certain function is stimulated,the subject performs finger movements in time.The myoelectric signal of the hand surface generated by the bending action of the thumb or index finger of the person is processed and classified,and finally the control command is output to complete various control of the terminal device.By collecting single-or dual-channel surface EMG signals,a single-channel visual stimulation interface based on thumb movement and a dual-channel interface visual stimulation interface based on thumb and index finger movement are designed in this paper.The character group flashes and stimulates.The specific research work of this article is as follows:First,the background,significance,and current status of the research in this thesis are introduced,and the physiological characteristics of EMG signals and the physiological mechanism of hand movement are explained.Provide the necessary basic knowledge for the research of this article.Then,the detailed implementation process of the overall framework of the system is introduced,including the design of the visual stimulation interface,the signal processing of the surface EMG signal,and the specific process of the hardware,software and communication of the environmental control system.Finally,the single-channel and dual-channel interfaces were analyzed offline and online.The offline experiment first compares and analyzes the two kinds of finger bending motion feature parameters,and then analyzed the effect of visual stimulus character blinking interval and training repetition times on the accuracy rate.Based on the single-channel interface and the dual-channel interface,the performance of the three classification algorithm models is compared.Finally select the threshold method for online experiment;Analyze and compare the results of the environmental control online experiment,and draw the following conclusions: the single-channel interface is simple and convenient,with high accuracy.The dual-channel interface has the advantages of short time and fast response when there are many control commands.At the end of this article,the online experiment results are compared with the traditional human-machine interface to verify the reliability and applicability of the system proposed in this article,which has certain application value.
