The Research Of Logging Winch Control System And Human-Machine Interface

Presently, domestic logging truck mainly adopts full hydraulic with variable hydraulic pump and variable hydraulic engine. In the practice of well measuring, the working state of logging truck is operated manually. For the sake of constant logging speed, the operator should operate with great care and frequency, which causes immense intensity of work and mental stress. Individual negligence is a major cause of the potential accident in well measuring process. The study of autocontrol of logging winch and the research on human-machine interface are the developing trend of domestic logging truck.Based on the research case of BSJ5280TCJ70logging truck, this paper introduces the drive and control theory of domestic logging truck. By analyzing its advantages and shortcomings, the practical approach of autocontrol is proposed.In addition, the design problems and shortcomings of current logging truck cabin are chased down with the application of CATIA to analyze the horizon, operating range, control adaptability and sitting posture. Consequently, it is possible to establish the model of interface design of logging truck cabin and propose amended design project of human-machine interface of operating cabin.By erecting analyzing experimental platform of operating cabin of logging truck, the approach of man-machine interface design is analyzed and testified. The experimental platform consists of operating system and measuring system, simulates maneuver between the operator and machine as well as the information exchange, actualizes three-dimensional measurement, study the Degree of Optimal Matching between the operator and the machine.
