There are abundant natural resources in the coastal zones,and its ecological service function plays an important supporting role in the socio-economic development of the coastal areas.The carrying capacity of Coastal resources and environment reflected affordability and support level of coastal resources and environment under the pressure of human activities and natural disasters.Carrying out the evaluation of the carrying capacity can provide important theoretical basis for the effective management and rational development in coastal zones.It is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of coastal zones.With the acceleration of social and economic development,the urbanization process has accelerated in Shenzhen.And a large number of people and enterprises have entered the Dapeng New District of Shenzhen,which has put tremendous pressure on the resources and environment of the Dapeng Peninsula coastal zone.At present,scholars have studied the coastal landforms,vegetation,coastal fishery resources,wetland restoration,water ecosystem health,regional resource and environmental carrying capacity,and environmental capacity in Dapeng Peninsula.However,the research on the carrying capacity of resources and resources has not been reported.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the evaluation of the resource and environment carrying capacity to provide a basis for the effective management and rational development of coastal zones in Dapeng Peninsula,Shenzhen.Based on the research method of the environmental carrying capacity of coastal zone resources at domestic and foreign and the current situation and carrying capacity of the ecological environment,the resource environmental carrying capacity was evaluated.The evaluation contents included the shoreline,nearshore waters,beaches,marine fishery resources,marine ecological environment and important marine ecological functional areas.The evaluation results were as follows.(1)The results of evaluation of carrying capacity of marine space resource:The shoreline development intensity was suitable.The sea area development intensity was overloaded.And the surrounding reclamation intensity was small.The length of shoreline in the developed accounted for 46.33%.The shoreline development intensity was 0.767 that shows the shoreline development intensity was suitable.The sea area for transportation and fishery was large in the waters of Dapeng Peninsula The sea area development intensity was 0.505 that shows the sea area development intensity was overloaded.As of 2015,the dam light reclamation strength index was 0.081,the Dapeng'ao reclamation intensity index was 0.291.The comprehensive reclamation sea strength index was 0.193 that shows the surrounding reclamation intensity was small.(2)The beaches carrying capacity was in a loadable state in Dapeng Peninsula.The average score of natural resources in the 53 beaches evaluated was 57.98.Most beaches are small scale.The average percentage of beaches environment quality was 80.59,which shows that the beach environment quality was good.The average percentage of service facilities for beach facilities is 51.22,and the average percentage of traffic quality is 46.88.So the overall quality of tourism services is poor.According to the results of the evaluation comprehensive natural resource quality,environmental quality and tourism service quality,the overall level of beaches development was low in Dapeng Peninsula,Shenzhen.Most of the original beaches have little impact on human activities,and the beaches carrying capacity was generally in a loadable state.(3)Two methods,comparing the data between 2016 and the previous 3 years(2013to 2015)and comparing the data between 2016 and the previous 4 years(2012 to 2015),were used to evaluate the carrying capacity of fishery resources in the coastal waters of Dapeng Peninsula.The results of both methods show that swimming animal index showed a downward trend.The fish spawn and larvae index decreased significantly.The fishery resource carrying capacity was critically overloaded.(4)The evaluation results of the marine ecological environment carrying capacity show that the marine environmental carrying capacity was overloaded and the marine ecological carrying capacity was critical overload in Dapeng Peninsula.The quality compliance area of the coastal waters was only 211.452 km~2 in 2015.Therefore,the carrying index of marine environment was 74.35%,and the marine environment carrying condition was overloaded.The zooplankton change index was 41.56%,which shows the zooplankton fluctuatesn.The macrobenthos change index was 30.79%,which shows the macrobenthos fluctuates.Based on the zooplankton change index and macrobenthos change index,the marine ecological carrying index was 2,indicating that the ecological carrying capacity was a critical overload in Dapeng Peninsula,Shenzhen.(5)The carrying capacity of the important marine ecological functional zones was in a critical overload state in Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula.The change rate of mangrove area is-0.068,which shows the ecological quality of typical habitats has been improved in Dapeng Peninsula,Shenzhen.And the rate of change in coral reef coverage was8.26%.The marine ecological protection object of Dapeng Peninsula was degraded.Using the"short board effect"method,the ecosystem of the important marine ecological functional areas was in a state of critical overload in Dapeng Peninsula,Shenzhen.(6)The paper assigned evaluation results that included coastal space resource carrying capacity,beach carrying capacity,fishery resource carrying capacity,marine ecological environment carrying capacity and important marine ecological functional area carrying capacity.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each part.The carrying capacity index of resource and environment was 2.01 in the coastal zone of Dapeng Peninsula.The carrying capacity of resource and environment was in a critical overload state.
