Objective: This study mainly understands the basic conditions and characteristics of physical activity and exercise psychology of college students with special constitution,and reveals the relationship between them.It also discusses the influence of resistance training of elastic bands on physical activity and exercise psychology of college students with special constitution.Scientifically evaluate the effect of resistance training of elastic bands on physical activity and exercise psychology of college students with special constitution,and provide reference for the selection of appropriate exercise methods for college students with special constitution.It provides a practical and theoretical basis for the popularization and application of the resistance training of elastic bands in college physical education courses.Enriches the curriculum design of college physical education,promotes the reform of university physical education curriculum,realizes the whole process of the university,and participates in physical exercise for all students,and achieves the purpose of improving the physical health of college students.Methods: A total of 27 special physical college students from the Guangzhou University sports health class were subjected to a 16-week elastic resistance training intervention.Before and after the intervention,the various scales reflecting the physical activity ability and the various scales reflecting the exercise psychology were tested and investigated.The elderly functional physical fitness test,Functional Movement Screen and questionnaire survey were used to obtain statistical data.paired-samples T test,Pearson bivariate correlation,chi-square test methods were used to analyze the influence of resistance training of elastic bands on physical activity and exercise psychology of college students with special constitution,as well as analyze the relationship between physical activity and exercise psychology.Results:(1)Changes in physical activity after 16 weeks of elastic resistance training: 30 seconds of arm curls,30 seconds of continuous standing and 2 minutes of stepping increased significantly(p<0.05),The body bending on seat did not show significant different(p>0.05);the Functional Movement Screen(FMS)overall scores and the score of the single action ofIn-line lunge increased significantly(p<0.05).But deep squat,hurdle step,rotary stability,shoulder mobility,the straight leg raising and push-ups did not show significant different(p>0.05);(2)Exercise psychological scale indicators: self-esteem scale,physical self-perception questionnaire,physical self-description questionnaire and physical health belief scale were all significant improved(p<0.05).(3)Multiple indicators of physical activity ability were positively correlated with the exercise psychological scale scores.Conclusion:(1)16-weeks resistance training of elastic bands can improve the physical activity of college students with special physical fitness;(2)16-weeks resistance training of elastic bands can improve the psychological condition of college students with special constitution;(3)The old age physical fitness main test action and Functional Movement Screen(FMS)can be used to evaluate the physical activity of college students with special constitution.The physical activity and exercise psychology are positive correlated.
