Research On The Way To Improve The Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Of Land Resources In Luoyang City

China has entered an important stage of the construction of ecological civilization,and the research on the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources is one of the important contents of the construction of ecological civilization.As a part of guiding regional sustainable development and sustainable utilization,the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources has very important practical significance for its scientific and accurate evaluation.As a sub-center of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,the study of the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Luoyang can provide some reference for the sustainable development of the research area and even the whole Central Plains urban agglomeration.Taking Luoyang City as the research area and counties as the evaluation unit,this paper selects 21 evaluation indexes from four aspects: water and soil resources carrying,ecological environment carrying,social and humanistic carrying and economic and technological carrying,combined with the general situation of economic development and the current situation of land resources utilization in Luoyang City,and constructs a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model by using the method of entropy and mean square deviation decision-making.The comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in each county was studied and analyzed,and the classification level of carrying capacity in each county was divided.The results show that:(1)The ecological environment carrying capacity has the highest contribution to the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Luoyang City,while the impact of social human carrying capacity is the smallest.(2)Due to the overall low carrying capacity of the ecological environment,the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in Luoyang City in 2016 is at a medium or low level;(3)There are obvious differences in the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources among regions,and the main limiting factors affecting the comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources in different districts and counties are different;(4)There is a prominent opposition between the economic and technological carrying capacity and the ecological and environmental carrying capacity.Department,there is a phenomenon of sacrificing ecological environment resources for social and economic development in Luoyang City.(5)The comprehensive carrying capacity of land resources is not only related to the carrying capacity of individual subsystems,but also depends on the coordination degree between subsystems.Only when all subsystems of land resources are promoted synchronously,can the comprehensive carrying capacity of regional land resources be improved.Finally,according to the results of the study,the following five paths are put forward:(1)increasing investment in environmental protection and promoting comprehensive management of ecological environment;(2)developing economy according to local conditions to achieve balanced economic development in the whole region;(3)optimizing public service capacity to enhance social and human carrying capacity;(4)improving the efficiency of water resources utilization,promoting intensive production and water conservation;(5)expanding the reserve of cultivated land.Resources,consolidate the land nurturing function.
