With the popularization of educational informationization, the traditional mode of teaching based on lectures cannot meet the requirements of learners and arouse their enthusiasm and initiative. The flipped classroom provides a new way to promote the reform of education in higher education institutions. However, with the reform of teaching mode, the evaluation methods of learners should be changed accordingly. Now,the teaching evaluation of colleges in our country is mainly based on summative assessment, supplemented by formative assessment. The method of summative assessment is mainly the final closed-book examination, and the purpose is to identify learners' study achievement.Formative assessment is given priority to attendance and paper assignments. And the feedback information from the evaluation usually refers to learners' academic performance in the past, less points to the next step of teaching process and learners' future development, despise the promotion of evaluation on learners' learning. In order to promote the further development of college teaching reform and measure the students' learning performance comprehensively, this study guided by Learning-oriented Assessment theory, adopts the flipped classroom teaching mode based on Blackboard platform to teach, and constructs the empirical study on the teaching effect of flipped classroom from three aspects:overall mark, questionnaire survey research and online learning analysis. The main research contents and methods of this paper contains:(1)This study adopts literature analysis and theoretical research to analysis the concept, theoretical basis and research status of teaching evaluation, flipped classroom, study analysis and the Blackboard platform. And the empirical study on the teaching effect of flipped classroom is designed based on Learning-oriented Assessment theory.(2)This study adopts educational investigation to investigate learners from seven aspects:basic learning situation, comprehensive quality, scientific attitude,e-learning self-efficacy,deep learning, application effect and course satisfaction. The survey results is organized and analyzed by Excel and SPSS software.(3)In order to find out the characteristics and laws of online learning and propose suggestions for further research, this study adopts Excel,SPSS,UCINET and NetDraw software to analyze the data of online learning. The learning data of learners are collected by classroom observation, paper tests, and Blackboard backend database, etc. And the main statistical methods include statistics,non-parametric test, cluster analysis, visualization, social network analysis and correlation analysis, and so on.The conclusion of this paper is mainly stated from two aspects:(1)Through the questionnaire survey we found that the flipped classroom can significantly improve learners' comprehensive quality and e-learning self-efficacy,but have less influence on scientific attitude, and the influence of males and females is different. There is a significant positive correlation between learners' comprehensive quality, scientific attitude and e-learning self-efficacy.And the high-score group of scientific attitude is significantly higher than that of middle group and low-score group in comprehensive quality and e-learning self-efficacy.E-learning of learners is in the level of deep learning, but there is still some room for improvement. It is found that the flipped classroom can improve learners' learning engagement, interest, efficiency and effect, help learners to understand the course content, broaden the knowledge, and improve the self-learning ability, communication and cooperation ability and problem-solving capability. The overall design, online learning, group cooperative and teaching evaluation of this course are recognized by most learners.(2)By analyzing the online learning of learners,it is found that learners can effectively use the learning resources to study autonomously on the Blackboard platform.Online learning time of learners is mainly distributed between Sunday and Thursday. And from morning to evening, the visits frequency of learners is increasing gradually. Most learners can actively participate in online discussion, but some learners are still on the edge of interaction, resulting in online interaction network of learners is relatively sparse. The teacher is the core participant of whole network, playing the role of "leader" and "intermediary".There is a significant positive correlation between online learning behavior and learning achievement of learners. And furthermore, there is a significant difference between males and females in online learning behavior and learning achievement, showing that males are significantly lower than females. The innovation of this paper includes:(1)The "electrodynamics" course of physics speciality is difficult to understand and abstract, and has a complete theoretical system and many formulas to derive.Based on Blackboard network teaching platform, and relying on the "electrodynamics" course, this study enriches the research of professional course which is more complex in logic reasoning to research the effect of flipped classroom.(2)Guided by the Learning-oriented Assessment theory, this study constructs the empirical design of flipped classroom from multigrade and mufti-perspective.By combining quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation, diagnostic evaluation and formative evaluation with summative evaluation,self-evaluation and peer assessment with teacher commenting, this evaluation design not only identifies learners' learning achievements, but also promotes learners' learning, and enriches the ways and functions of teaching evaluation in flipped classroom.(3)This study has some innovation in data processing. It usually adopts the way of class attendances and homework to record learners' usual performance in traditional classroom, through the method of paper tests to measure their learning, and using Excel to analyze the data,so as to get the overall mark. However, this study adopts the methods of classroom observation, paper tests, and Blackboard backend database, etc.to collect the data.Furthermore,it uses the software of Excel,SPSS,UCINET and NetDraw to analyze the data through the statistical methods of statistics,non-parametric test, cluster analysis, visualization, social network analysis and correlation analysis, and so on.It analyzes learners' learning data from many-sided and mufti-perspective,and measures learners' comprehensive performance more accurately and comprehensively.
