Education is the basis of the centenary plan.Students as the main force of the future national talent cultivation,normal universities as a future teacher training main land,the development of normal education affects the development of basic education,the development of basic education also affects the development of normal education.Mathematics,as one of the important subjects,from import to finish a math class,must be completed in under the action of teachers' teaching ability,teachers' teaching ability directly decides the whole class teaching quality."Ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standards(2017 edition)" is put forward,mathematical discipline core literacy(mathematical abstraction and logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,intuitive imagination,mathematics,data analysis),is the "four base"(basic knowledge,basic skills,basic thought,basic activity experience)of the inheritance and development.In teaching,teachers should not only guide the development of the "four foundations" of students,but also promote the continuous improvement of the core quality of students' mathematics discipline.After received four years of normal education,mathematics teachers have accumulated certain teaching theory knowledge and a small piece of mathematics teaching experience,but whether to normal college students teaching ability basic level or basic requirement has yet to be test.Capability evaluation,therefore,the author choose from perspective,by the high school mathematics teachers' classroom teaching behavior evaluation,the high school mathematics curriculum standard content,mathematics classroom teaching students ability to complete the construction of evaluation index system.Through consulting the literature "ability evaluation of classroom teaching and summarizing the practice teaching has the following three shortcomings:(1)exist in the process of organization and management ability is poor,lack of communication with the students,teaching is too rigid,and other issues.(2)the current evaluation index system construction method is mainly the expert meeting method,and the evaluation index system constructed is more subjective.(3)the evaluation object is mainly the teacher's classroom teaching behavior,and the content of the evaluation index remains in the traditional teaching method.Through the problem analysis,we can find out the entry point of this study,and write the research objective and thinking.This study consists of four parts:The first part is the hypothesis of index system.First of all,through the implementation of "mathematics students ability evaluation of classroom teaching status quo of" questionnaire survey,understand the normal colleges and universities in southwest current evaluation methods,including grade teachers face-to-face direct evaluation,internal evaluation team simulated type classroom evaluation,process reliability evaluation experts.And found its evaluation content and the evaluation method insufficiency.Secondly,based on the constructivism evaluation theory,the implementation suggestion of mathematics curriculum standard and the teacher's developmental evaluation theory,the conclusion hypothesis is made according to the preset generating conditions of the evaluation index system.Finally,based on the needs of the evaluation content updates,based on the ability to relax the need of the scope of evaluation enforcer,based on the need of updating method of building the evaluation index system,based on their own research interests,at the beginning of mathematics classroom teaching students ability evaluation dimensions,including problem situation creation,practice inquiry instruction,classroom feedback and reinforcement,mathematics study appraisal.The second part is the index parameter estimation.Early reference to evaluation dimensions,in combination with the high school mathematics curriculum standard"implementation proposals,evaluation,teacher evaluation theory of constructivism,prepare for high school mathematics teacher in southwest of importance index questionnaires,using SPSS software to test reliability and validity of test questionnaire,for screening and modify indicators.Combined with the method of survey and statistics,the evaluation index system of classroom teaching ability of mathematics normaluniversity students was determined,with a total of 30 secondary evaluation indicators.It includes the teaching content,teaching structure,teaching method,teaching purpose and other relevant teaching behavior reference indicators of mathematics teachers in the teaching process.By using the entropy method of combination of subjective and objective,the weight value of the evaluation index of teaching ability of normal mathematics students in class is calculated,and the evaluation index system is preliminarily designed.The third part is the index system test and reconstruction.Through building the appraisal model of multivariate linear regression,regression equation for the secondary indicators do partial regression test of significance,including the situation creation,practice,explore and learn classroom feedback to strengthen,mathematics evaluation dimension correlation coefficient R,R,as well as the analysis of variance,there is no need to eliminate the variable evaluation index.In this part,the author specially selected some normal universities in southwest of 30 mathematics teaching experts to determine the importance ratio of indexes,by using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for math teachers classroom teaching ability evaluation index for secondary weights determined.From the evaluation index,it can be found that the teaching behaviors that mathematics teachers in southwest China attach great importance to include: whether the creation of problem situation conforms to the cognitive foundation of students;In the process of practical inquiry,do teachers give students enough time to think,practice and cooperate in the inquiry? In response to the students' answers,do teachers get feedback by asking and approving? Whether teachers evaluate the classroom behavior of students of different grades.The fourth part is the application of index system.By tracking a university in southwest 10 mathematics classroom teaching process,students shall study the mathematical teachers classroom teaching evaluation index system,in the end,the selection of representative to evaluate two math students,in order to verify the validity of the index system.Summarized through the analysis of the results found that: students to collecting the feedback information of classroom learning in the form of a single,lack of and poor student "communication" and "interactive",exploring instructional process of order,and give students thinking,communication,practical problems such as insufficient time.By reference to literature,combined with outstanding high school mathematics teacher's teaching experience,from how to walk into "poor student",howto effectively get feedback information,how to effectively carry out guidance to explore three aspects put forward improving strategies,for your reference.
