Vocational education is an important part of our education.Secondary vocational education includes secondary professional schools,technical schools,secondary vocational and technical schools,etc.There are as many as 16 million students in the country,which are characterized by large numbers,mixed types,frequent changes,large differences in quality,and diverse demands,and the secondary vocational education is an evolving and complicated system.However,in recent years,the proportion of secondary vocational education and general high schools has continued to decline.Secondary vocational schools are faced with many problems such as difficulty in enrolling students,difficulty in ensuring the quality of students,and weak teachers.Although the employment rate of secondary vocational graduates in Guangdong is relatively high,and the government has given greater policy support and financial support for secondary vocational education,the channels for higher vocational education have gradually opened up,but in these favorable conditions,the dilemma of vocational education in Guangdonghas not been effectively solved,so it is urgent to start from the theory to seek long-term development countermeasures.This paper makes use of the relevant theories and viewpoints of system science,and uses the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)method with game characteristics,combined with the management concept of “complexing problems as simple”,to analyze the thoughts of the trunk and the rear branches and leaves,and analyze and study Guangdong.Issues related to the sustainable development of secondary vocational education.Firstly,the Game Interpretation Structure Model(GISM)method is used to analyze the development and evolution characteristics of the secondary vocational education system in Guangdong Province at three different levels,that is,through the collection of literature and a large amount of data for comparison,respectively,the secondary education for the entire education.The three levels of the status of the system,the competition between secondary vocational education and ordinary high schools,and the game evolution between different secondary vocational schools are analyzed one by one,and the reasons leading to its evolution characteristics are discussed.The Analytical Model of the Connotation Development of Secondary Vocational Schools in Guangdong Province is explored.Then,using the system theory and the GISM method to analyze the causal relationship of the internal connotation development of secondary vocational schools,and use the graphical and structured model map to reveal and explain the game-driven and game-dependent dependence of the connotation development factors of secondary vocational schools.Relationships,and through empirical analysis of specific school cases,identify key factors that affect the development of secondary vocational schools.Finally,according to the main factors and main problems obtained from the previous analysis,the system characteristics such as systemic integrity,relevance,purpose,and environmental adaptability,and the evolution characteristics and laws of positioning,competition,game evolution,and connotation development are used.Trying to think about the development of the secondary vocational education system from the level of Guangdong province,from the two levels of government and secondary vocational schools,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable high quality development of secondary vocational education in Guangdong Province.
