Under the background of open innovation,single enterprise is affected by the shortage of its own resources and the increasing demand of innovation for technological complexity,and its innovation ability is increasingly challenged.Enterprises can only improve their innovation performance by connecting and sharing with each other and forming a collaborative innovation network.As a knowledge intensive enterprise,high-tech enterprise has gradually become one of the pillar industries of China's economic development and has been listed as one of the key development enterprises of the state.Because of its own uniqueness,it also has higher requirements for collaborative innovation.Therefore,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of China's economy and the improvement of its comprehensive national strength to enhance the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises and the output of high-tech innovation.This study takes collaborative innovation network as the perspective to study the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.The research process is as follows: firstly,the basic theories of collaborative innovation network,knowledge management and innovation performance are introduced,the relationship and influence mechanism among them are analyzed,the influencing factors of innovation performance are explored,and the corresponding relationship hypothesis is put forward accordingly.Secondly,according to the relationship hypothesis to design and distribute the questionnaire,with the help of SPSS,Amos software to test the collected data in small samples,remove the items that do not meet the requirements.Thirdly,test whether the collected data meet the reliability and validity standards,and use structural equation model to test the fit to verify whether the relationship hypothesis is true,and finally get the evaluation index system.Finally,based on the theory of support vector machine and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the intelligent evaluation model of PSO-SVM is established.With the help of MATLAB software,20 sample enterprises are trained and tested,and some representative high-tech enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are evaluated with the trained model.Through the above research,we can draw the following conclusions: the structure,openness,strength and mechanism of collaborative innovation network of high-tech enterprises are positively influencing the knowledge acquisition,knowledge absorption and knowledge utilization of enterprises,and then the performance of collaborative innovation.Therefore,the development of high-tech enterprises should pay attention to the impact of collaborative innovation.
