With the approval of the State Council,the Erguna National Nature Reserve was established in 2006 as a result of its ecological system,which has always been in its primitive state and has little access to human history.Its total area is nearly 125,000 hectares and a forest coverage rate of 93.6%,is one of the most typical,complete and large-area native temperate coniferous forest reserves in China.In the protected areas,the mountains are ups and downs,rich natural resources,and diverse types.However,due to the existence of large protected areas,insufficient rmanpower,and lack of funds,the original patrolling monitoring methods are still used.The management is simple and extensive,monitoring is not In place,the entire patrol supervision level in the reserve is still very backward,which is a serious bottleneck for the management and development of the reserve.With the advent of artificial intelligence and the era of big data,it is particularly important to carry out patrol management of nature reserves in the process of the construction of nature reserves.It is urgent to carry out information management and change traditional patrol methods,scientifically setting up forest management stations,and rationally deploying management personnelIn this paper,WebGIS technology,cloud computing technology,database technology,Internet + technology and information technology in one integrated with the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Ergun City National Nature Reserve as the research object,according to the protection zone staff patrolling the field And patrolling needs to carry out patrol monitoring system and mobile collection patrol system construction,to dynamically customize the data acquisition information in the field visit through the mobile device to carry out the digital data acquisition,and be able to collect Data is automatically uploaded to the backend server over the network.At the same time,it can realize the access and preservation of patrolling path and patrolling information,seamlessly integrate and visualize the information,realize the effective management of the patrolling information in the patrolling area,provide reference for the patrolling work,promote the protection work better and promote the patrolling management of the patrolling area The standardization and efficiency.The system consists of a patrol supervision system cloud platform and GPS patrol terminal.Taking the data and attribute data of Erguna Nature Reserve in Hulun Buir City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as data source,ArcGIS Serverl0.3 as secondary development platform of Web GIS,Eclipse as the system design and development platform and SQL Server as the database design platform of the system development;Based on the analysis and comparison of JSP,ASP,COM/DCOM,J2EE and other related technologies of the current mainstream WebGIS,we determine that using J2EE as the front-end framework of the system,using the Java development language under the Eclipse platform to implement the nature reserve System platform construction.Through the construction of this system platform,real-time and dynamic monitoring of the Erguna National Nature Reserve can be conducted in a timely manner to grasp the fire,animal activities,vegetation growth,pests,soil and water loss,deforestation and misuse in the protected areas Land and other conditions,to achieve a wide range of large-scale real-time monitoring and monitoring around the clock.In order to reduce the intensity of forest protection work,improve the efficiency of forest protection work,improve the management level of inspectors,effectively improve the ability and level of forest resources management,master the situation of protected areas,provide decision support for the management of protected areas,realize the construction of protected areas information management.
