In this paper, research are summarized as follows.Combined with operational characteristics of land reserves, designed a improve the land reserve system database model. This design not only achieved the integrated management of land reserves graphic business, but also optimized the database that ensured the efficiency of the user query access. Researched database update mechanism and security system, so ensured the security and continuity of the system.Through WebGIS technology and the ArcGIS Server platform and ArcSDE spatial database engine technology, The establishment of a land reserve management information system is based on B / S structure; Shangrao City land reserve management information system as an example, explored the land reserve management information system structure and function set detailed design. And through the secondary development land reserve system has functions as dynamic display, query, analysis, management and so on. Ensured the efficiency of the user’s query function and solved difficult issues such as data sharing. Provide some reference for land reserve management more scientific and more information.
