This thesis mainly introduces two kinds of water resources planning model and solving method,namely surface water management planning model and its algorithm research,and groundwater management planning model and its algorithm research.By simulating the specific region,the feasibility of the model and the algorithm is validated,and the result also provides a decision scheme for the groundwater management.Aiming at the problem of surface water management,this paper constructs an op-timization model which takes the system maximization profit as the objective function,and takes the irrigation area's crop growth water demand and the surface water supply as the constraint condition,and in order to solve the uncertainty and complexity of oa-sis water resources irrigation system,the model adopts the probability density function and the discrete interval,finally,it is divided into two stages to solve the model.The results showed that irrigation was mainly concentrated in summer and autumn,when the spring time,we should give priority to the irrigation of jujube and pomegranate;summer and autumn,mainly to jujube and walnut irrigation,at the same time,the irri-gation area of pomegranate dynamic regulation,to obtain the largest crop yield,range for[0.67×10~8,1.32×10~8].Through the typical case,the model can not only fully take into account the impact of uncertain factors on the system income,but also can balance the economic benefits and the risk of punishment.The optimization results in the form of interval are given,which can provide decision makers with more scientific decision,and can be applied to the optimal allocation and management of oasis water resources.Aiming at the problem of groundwater management,a nonlinear programming mod-el is constructed,which takes the minimum cost of the system as the objective function,to take the number of wells in the research area(x)and the pumping quantity(Q)of each well,as the decision variable,and the constrained condition of water resource demand,water level descending depth.The optimal number of wells is obtained by using genetic algorithm to solve the model.Then according to the optimization of the spatial layout of pumping wells,firstly,using kriging interpolation method to simulate the groundwater depth of the area with the existing monitoring data,then based on the entropy weight method,the paper synthetically evaluates the rationality of the spatial layout,and final-ly,combines the optimal well number with the evaluation result of spatial layout,based on the GIS data,the optimized well location pattern is simulated.The results show that the study area needs 68 pumping wells for irrigation?a reduction of 59%compared with the existing number of wells?to satisfy the demand for water resources,suggest-ing a large number of pumping wells in the area where their density is currently quite high should be closed.In conclusion,this method for optimizing the layout of pumping wells can provide decision-makers with a scientifically robust basis to ensure the safety of groundwater,and can be applied in achieving optimal allocation and management of oasis groundwater resources.
