The lichens of Sticta,Pseudocyphellaria and Dendriscocaulon are taken as the research object in this paper. The experimental materials for this research are about 2000 specimens which were deposited in the herbaria SDNU and KUN,and collected from all over China.Based on morphological classification, combined with ITS sequences to construct molecular phylogenetic tree, the following results are concluded:1.Sixteen species of the lichen genus of Sticta, including two new species S.yunnana Xin Y.Bian sp.nov.and S.tropicum Xin Y.Bian sp.nov.,and three newly recorded for the flora,S.viviana,S.ciliata and S.caliginosa,as well as one newly recorded to China Mainland,S.marginifera, are reported.Redefines the concept of species S.nylanderiana and S.wrightii in this genus.2.Six species of the lichen genus of Pseudocyphellaria, including two new species P.sp1 sp.nov.and P.sp2 sp.nov.,and one newly recorded for the flora,P.pomaikaiana, are reported.Clarified the species of P.crocata did not found in this research.3.Clarified Dendriscocaulon genus only one species in China,Den.intricatulum.Discussed the relationship between the species and S.wrightii.4.A key to 23 species from China is presented.A detailed description of each species is presented, including morphology, geographical distribution,as well as the photographs of characteristic and ITS sequences.
