Study On Sustainable Utilization Quantitative Evaluation Of Land Resources In Pinghe County

With the development of urbanization and population growth,the contradiction between environment protection and social problems becomes obvious.Policy of sustainable development has focused much attention for a long time and land resource becomes one of the most important problems during the process of sustainable development.Pinghe County is chosen as the study site in this research and based on the data of the whole country;a new model is built to evaluate the land resources from the viewpoint of sustainable development.Technological methods are applied to focus on the evaluating process in this research.First,basic data of land resources in Pinghe County is used to explore the current situation of the area,and the main characteristics of land use in Pinghe County are concluded.On the basis of the methods of society science and management science,the assessment process is conduced to conclude the policy for this area to adapt to the sustainable development.The policy system that is concluded as:change the land use structure;establish a plan for agricultural land area;take balanced use of construction land and develop new kinds of eco-resources,etc.In order to conduct Environmental Assessment(EA),another system about management is also concluded in this research such as:improve the overall planning of land structure;establish system of land management;control and adjust the construction land area;pay more attention on the development of the ecological environment construction and so on.In order to conclude the evaluation of land resources in Pinghe County and achieve the goal of sustainability,this research provides a series of EA policy on area planning,including:strengthen the construction of organization and management to improve the process of planning;improve land use dynamic monitoring;promote new technology of land use;improve land utilization;strengthen the system construction and improve the legal system management.The viewpoint in this research is based on the sustainable policy and focused on the land resources in Pinghe County area.An evaluation process is conducted by using the methods combined from society science and management science.The situation of the research site is greatly explored and a series policy of management is concluded as the support for the local government.We believed it could also provide significance support for other areas which involved in the similar situations and with the same problems.
