| The research on the sustainable use of land resources in counties is the most basic research,which provides a powerful decision and basis for the overall planning of urban and rural areas and eliminates the dual economic structure.It is very important for the development of county economy.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the problems of county economic development.County-level land resource utilization systems and evaluation methods can be promoted in some areas,provide reference for the development and management of land resources,and provide strong support for social and economic development and ecological protection.This paper takes Shangcai County,Henan Province as the land research object,analyzes the current land use situation and county development situation of Shangcai County,evaluates Shangcai by establishing an evaluation system and corresponding evaluation methods,and from the three aspects of nature,society and economy.Analyze the factors that may hinder the sustainable use of land resources and existing problems from the perspective,and finally give relevant suggestions.The first chapter introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of this article,comprehensively describes the research progress at home and abroad,and describes the research content,methods and technical routes adopted in this article.Chapter 2 introduces land-related theories and concepts.The third chapter describes the regional development profile,land resource utilization progress and related issues of Shangcai County from various dimensions.Chapters 4 and 5 provide guidelines for establishing sustainable evaluation system of land resources,specific implementation details,implementation results and giving relevant measures and opinions.It mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the problem of sustainable land use from multiple dimensions,quantitatively determine the importance between different dimensions and factors,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyze each factor to reduce human impact.In this method,the main conclusion is that in the seven-year period from 2011 to 2017,Shangcai County has just entered the initial stage of sustainable use from the initial stage of sustainable use.Among the three:resource sustainability,social acceptability,and economic feasibility,the sustainable development of resources is the slowest.In recent years,the final value has only increased by about 15%relative to the initial value,but the evaluation value is relatively high,indicating that resources are available.The continuity layer is currently improving overall,but it needs to be further strengthened in future development.The result of social acceptability evaluation is that the growth rate is higher than that of resource sustainability.Its growth rate has a high correlation with the economic feasibility growth rate.Given that economic development has a certain role in promoting and improving the social structure,it can be found Economic development has led to an increase in social acceptability evaluation results.The economic feasibility evaluation result is at the lowest position,and it is far from the evaluation results of other indicator layers,but the growth rate has been the fastest in recent years,and has the momentum of catching up with other criterion layers.It shows that the economy of Shangcai County is currently undergoing rapid development,but we must pay attention to balancing the relationship between economic development and the ecological environment.Chapter 6 gives the executable opinions of sustainable land use based on Chapter 5,discusses the shortcomings of this article,and makes a prospect. |
