In recent years,with the rapid development of the social economy,the logistics industry has also been developing rapidly.At the same time,people enjoy the conveniences that it brings to life,and the logistics industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy.In addition,relevant departments of our country have issued a series of encouraging policies to support the development of logistics industry.But in the process of rapid development,logistics enterprises have also exposed many problems.For example,to maximize the scale effect and ignore daily operation,lack of ability to develop value-added services,lack of core competitiveness,etc.This makes the logistics enterprise overall operating ability is weak,cannot adapt to the fierce competition in the industry market.So,logistics enterprises how to survival and development,to become the enterprise operator in front of the reality and the grim problem of strategy,therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the research of modern logistics enterprise development strategy.Based on SHBY logistics co.,LTD.,this paper USES the knowledge of strategic management and strategic analysis to investigate and apply a variety of analytical tools.Analysis of the competitive environment of SHBY logistics co.,LTD.,using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,AHP analysis,five-force model analysis and value chain analysis and other strategic analysis theories and methods,Companies have come to the advantages and the existing problems and facing the competition environment,so as to put forward suitable for the market environment and the development of the enterprise differentiation competitive strategy,and proposed the protection strategy successful implementation of specific measures.The conclusion of the paper can show the development route to the enterprise to a certain extent,make the target of the company more concrete and clear,occupy a certain position in a logistics industry segment market,and thus expand the market share,to speed up the growth rate of enterprises,Enhance the visibility of enterprises and the purpose of profitability.At the same time,it can also provide strategic reference for the development of other small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,and has certain reference value.
