Now, the enterprise strategic management is very important to thesurvival and development of enterprises, it plays a decisive role in major. Forthe modern enterprise, it can be said that the strategic management is not onlythe light of the enterprise, but also the development framework of the enterprise.The modern enterprise without the strategic management, can not see theessence of business. A modern enterprise, with the strategy management forenterprise under the guidance of the long-term development, can be a tiger withwings added.I passed on the present strategic management research at home and abroad,the enterprise strategic management is the business of the future as the basis,through the planning and strategy of the overall process, so that enterprises havelong-term competitive advantage. Based on the research of domestic andinternational existing strategic management thinking, combined with the walnutindustry and their experience, taking MY company as the research object,research was carried out by using SWOT method of strategic managementproblems of MY company.In this paper, taking MY company as an example, this article firstintroduces the research background and significance, research status at homeand abroad, and the research content, through the review and analysis of thestrategic management of MY company, find out the enterprise from theadvantages and disadvantages, and core expertise, the final selection of asuitable for the development of strategic management of enterprises.There are four parts in this essay on the development strategy of MYcompany. The first part introduces the development situation and the existence ofMY company. In this chapter, the development process of MY company areintroduced, and then give the main problems existing in the development of thecompany.The second part, the analysis of MY company’s internal and externalenvironment. By using the five forces model and SWOT analysis of externalenvironment of the company’s internal environment, as well as the originalstrategy analysis.The third part, improve the strategy of MY company. On the basis of theanalysis of the second part, design the strategic management of MY company,that is to focus on the differentiation strategy.The fourth part, about the MY company’s strategy implementation andcontrol. The control measures for the implementation of the scheme aredescribed. Mainly through the building of enterprise culture, financialmanagement, human resources management, the development of the companystrategy implementation and control are proposed.In this paper, the use of correlation analysis method to identify theobstacles to the development of my company and the causes of the problem,and the company has a competitive advantage proposed the rationalizationsuggestion for the development of the company, to make rational use of thelimited resources of Ministry of inside and outside, foster strengths andcircumvent weaknesses. Establish strategic management system for enterprises,and adjust the strategic direction in time as internal and external environmentdevelopment, improve and innovate and realize the enterprise managementtarget effectively. In this paper, the strategic suggestions for the management ofthe company decision-making, contribute to comprehensive health andsustainable development.
