Under the conditions of a market economy, in order to survive, every enterprise has always been seeking for profit opportunity through inside and outside source in order to keep its continuous development since the date of establishment. The strategy is a means to achieve organizational goals,the implementation of the strategy needs organizational capacity support. The competitiveness of enterprises, which enables companies to better understand the industry and competitors, allows companies to more scientific analysis and assessment for the rational allocation of resources, decision-making and the development of a suitable strategy and improve competitiveness, to gain competitive advantage, so as to maximize profits.The most important methods and tools of strategic planning process is a various analytical models, reasonable selection and application of analytical methods and model is to determine the level of an important aspect of the strategic analysis. There are many competitive Intelligence analysis methods, each of the competitive intelligence analysis method has its own unique advantages, fields of application, as well as varying degrees of limitations. In order to make these methods can better support the services and features of competitive strategy, it is need to targeted improvement, innovation and effective integration of these methods, form a more comprehensive analysis tools, analysis, and ultimately better business results. As a result, depth study of specific the strategic analytical methods used in the product strategy, Find out more scientific analysis method has a strong practical value.Firstly, in this thesis, using literature study analysis and study of the basic concepts of the strategic competitiveness, competitive intelligence analysis methods, on this basis, through the comparative analysis compared the advantages and disadvantages of several used in strategic analysis methods of analysis, selecting suitable for the analysis tools used in the analysis of product strategy, the five forces model and the GE matrix. Secondly, discuss their relationship, advantages and disadvantages in products competitive strategy process. The article pointed out that the five forces model and GE matrix integrated using in product competitive strategy, complement each other to form a more coherent analysis tools.Thirdly, improve five forces model which deficiencies using in product strategy analysis. Detailed discuss process that improved five forces model and GE matrix integrated use of the product strategy. Finally, enterprises instance, analysis product strategy, product development strategy, select the appropriate product development strategy, and takes a view of the future research in Chemical industry.
